“Great food. The pot pies were cooked perfectly and the chicken breasts were again perfect. The wings had just the right amount of heat not too hot and not too mild. I found it today that the buffet isn't going to open back up which is a bummer because that was one of my favorite places to go eat. Going to have to find a new go to I guess. “I eat here often and will continue to do so. Their wings are good, great if cooked extra crispy. They serve a limited variety of Coke products. Only one diet option and the sweet tea is hit or miss on if it's soapy or not. There are definitely inconsistencies in service when ordering from time to time and in cooking ability when you request extra crispy. It appears to be locally owned and does good business. They do offer more than just wings. If you haven't tried them, it may be worth stopping in.”

“Ordered for takeout. The food is excellent as always. Firehouse is one of my three favorite sandwich shops. The takeout part could do with some organization. Several customers around me were complaining, though my order was delivered in a timely manner. The complaints result from it being crowded and hard to predict. Some way of indicating who's up next would help keep people happy I suspect. On the positive side their new containers for takeout are nicer than the old Styrofoam and look like they are biodegradable. Kudos for that!”

“All I have to say Is wow!!! We had them do the food for or wedding this past weekend. We wanted southern comfort food, not your normal boring wedding food most places have. It was a small back yard wedding. But the food was amazing. We had fried chicken, brisket, mashed potatoes and vegetables. And a few deviled eggs trays and vegetables trays. We did not order salad or bread but it came with the diner and we did not know that but it was awesome. We could not have asked for better food and the taste wow to die for. We had it delivered to the event a hour away and the food was on time and hot and fresh when it got there. Thanks again guys/gals from Ty’s. You help made our day special and the comments here are also the comments all my friends and family said at the wedding also. Everyone said how awesome the food was so I had to let Everyone know how happy we are this this place and staff.”

“We stopped by today. I ordered the warrior, and my wife had the ham and cheese melt. The warrior was delicious. The bread was toasted just enough. The seasoning they put on the bread gave it that something extra. There was plenty of cheese and it was melted so well it strung from the sandwich like cheese should. They used a sweet onion for the caramelized onions so there was a bit of contrast in flavors. The ham and cheese was also toasted to perfection. There was plenty of ham on there. Not one of those one slice sandwiches. The cheesecake was a New York style cheesecake. None of that whipped nonsense. My wife had the peppermint cheesecake and she said it was amazing. The perfect mix of peppermint and cheesecake.”

“Fun spot in West Pensacola near the Navy base. Clean. Good parking. Fun spot to watch a game and hang with friends. The revised menu is a bit restricted and I’d like to have had more non red meat choices, but the menu had apps we enjoyed. We got the jalapeño poppers (there were 18 in the basket) and we got onion rings. There were enough rings for two people in our order. They were really really good. But the best part was the $2.25 Mic Ultra for my wife and the $5.50 Ky Bourbon ale (it was a pint glass too) for me. Those prices mean we will be back. It was a great spot. Unpretentious and what you’d expect to be downtown maybe but the prices were great. Good job Renee (bartender/server).”

“Having grown up with Popeye's, and how amazing they were, it's hard for me to rate this business so low. I remember the way Popeye's was when their founder, Al Copeland was still with us. I gave them a 3 because their chicken is still pretty good. Everything else is sadly mediocre compared to their former operation. Some locations don't even have green beans or dirty rice?!? Al's famous biscuits were the same that you get at his finer Copeland's restaurants, but what you get now at Popeye's is a dry, poorly fabricated version. Look for better value in their app, otherwise it's a bit pricey for the overall quality.”

“Amazing food and even better customer service and environment! Was honestly not expecting much from this place at first glance. The name and location really threw me and my friends for a loop but since it was so close to our hotel we decided to give it a shot. As soon as we walked in staff greeted us and seated us immediately. We noticed they had outside seating and decided to move outside since the weather was great! Waitress offered her top recommendations and we each got one. Coconut Shrimp, Cajun Shrimp Pasta and Blackened Redfish topped with Seafood Cream Sauce. The food was delicious and the portions were exact! My pasta was a very large portion that I did not finish and took home leftovers. Our water was never empty and the waitress was super attentive and constantly checking on us. Would highly recommend you check this spot out! We noticed they had a few beers on tap as well as offered some mixed drinks. Kid friendly as well!”

“Rating stays the same for now. That was from over a year ago. On two visits the food was semi good as well as service. The place was a total embarrassment when the NAS base hosted the Air Show. Many members came in to eat breakfast. I noticed some of the Air Show personnel didn't get their food at the same time as the others from their party did. Needless to say the folks that got their food did finish eating and had to go work the Air Show. The others in their party remained to eat their late food. A total embarrassment for NAS. To be fair, the entire restrauant has been under reconstruction for months now. When it opens in the spring or summer of 2021, I will place another review on here.”

“This is my go-to pizza place. The only issues I’ve ever had were not getting the dipping sauces I paid for until yesterday. Yesterday I ordered a caesar salad. The salad smelled a little off but I thought maybe it was from pregnancy hormones or from the chicken/cheese included with it. The expiration date wasn’t until another two days according to the label. I now have food poisoning from eating this salad! I would’ve given another star if it weren’t for that.”
