“We stopped in for a late lunch. We had shrimp and salmon. The salmon had a rum sauce on it. Very tasty. Also we had dessert. I had banana cheesecake tequilas, the wife had Key West cheese cake. Both were very good. They weren't busy, so our server chatted with us for a bit. Good food & good service. I highly recommend Hemingways .....”

“Came here after the Pensacola Christmas parade since it wasn't as busy and enjoyed it. Randi was our waitress and she was attentive and polite. As for the food, the jambalaya wasn't spicy like I was hoping, but the queso and wings were superb. The best part about this place is the atmosphere and beach views, which is quite beautiful when there's hardly anybody out.”

“My favorite place to get acai in Pensacola!🤍 What’s unique about Bear Fruit is that it’s the only place that lets you build your own bowl instead of having preset bowls in place! Atmosphere: Located in the main Pensacola Beach area at the entrance of the pier, visitors have access to beautiful views of white sandy beaches while visiting. The interior of the shop has a cute, beach theme to go with the location. Service: The workers here experience busy days but maintain a great attitude. They prepare the bowls very quickly while still making them look pretty! Also, the owners are very hands on with the business and are kind from the interactions I’ve had with them! Menu items: Every bowl that I’ve had has always been delicious, and the toppings are always fresh. You get four base options (the acai and coconut are my go-to’s) that they let you mix if you want. They call their bowl sizes Mini Bear, Little Bear, and Big Bear—which is just too cute! You can also get cold brew coffee to go with your bowl. I like their Honey Coconut Cold Brew! Lastly, I love the meaning behind their name which is to bear fruit or, in other words, to live a fruitful life🫐🍓🍌☕️”

Couldn't give 5 stars for atmosphere because it is truly a door. Give me a cool top/bottom door with a picture of Italy and good fellas or the godfather and BAM it's a 5 star experience!!!”

“Had a lovely experience here. Our hotel wasn’t the greatest with its amenities, but fishheads made our stay. My wife loved their pina coladas. I didn’t order anything but tasted hers. As much as the other bars’ bragged about their frozen drinks, I was very impressed with fishheads. Will definitely visit again.”

“I ate at many places on the island during my week long stay and this was BY FAR the best food. Smash burger and potato salad were on fire! Dining room is small and menu is short but I wouldn't change a thing. We had wings and other appetizers that were delicious as well. I only wish I had found this place when I first got to Pensacola so I could have eaten more! Thank you to the staff, you guys rock! Can't wait to come back!”

“I loved this place! We wanted to try a new breakfast place to eat at when I found Native Cafe. The wait to get seated was pretty intense. They estimated 40 min and it took all 40 min to get us seated. I would recommend going on a weekday instead to hopefully avoid this. The food was great! My husband got a breakfast burrito which filled him up. I got the breakfast platter and it was more than enough food. I was worried that the one pancake it came with would be small but it was huge! My son ate up his pancake and loved it! I would recommend trying this place out!”

“The food was good but a little over priced for what we received. $47 for two orders of tacos, a bubble tea, and an iced tea. Each order of tacos consisted of two tacos and a bag of Lays potato chips. They tasted pretty good, but I either expected more food for $15 per order or a cheaper price for what I got. We also arrived at 11am hoping to try their breakfast burrito, but were told they weren’t serving breakfast even though the sign said breakfast was until 1230. We’ll try again for the breakfast, but not lunch for those prices”

“The food was really good. The brisket was as good as any restaurant in Texas, and the portion sizes were more than adequate. The wait time wasn't horrible. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a couple of issues with getting wrong items, but our waitress took care of everything in a very timely manner all the while with a smile on her face. She went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.”

“We dined in H2O for breakfast and lunch meals. Breakfast buffet was good, wouldn’t say a huge selection but def enough! Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, oatmeal, biscuits, delicious gravy, fresh fruit & some nice pastries. Omelet station too. Smoked salmon bar was small but nice addition too. All our servers were very attentive & friendly. Really good coffee! $24 seemed a bit high for selection but they do offer to-go boxes which is nice. Dined at the pool bar-burger sliders were really good as were the steak street tacos. Mango Cart wheat ale was yummy. Also ate one time inside H2O for lunch-mussels appetizer were the best mussels we’ve ever had, simply delicious sauce! Kids meals were typical fare, my daughter enjoyed the sprinkles cheese on her Mac n cheese. The lobster roll & Cuban sandwich were very tasty & made well. My hubby ordered an old-fashioned from the bar & he said it was very good. Austin was a great server, drinks & food came out fast & well prepared. Our experience was great here.”

“We returned again during our vacation last week and are so happy that we did! This place is very consistent in their waitstaff and food. My kids loved running around and playing with the games and on the beaches. We picked up another t-shirt because our shirt from 4 years ago lasted for ages! My review from 4 years ago: We chose Red Fish for our last family dinner before leaving the beach. And I'm so happy that we did. We decided to take a table on the lawn with beach chairs. It was such a relaxing place with wonderful sunset views over the waterway. My son met even more new friends and played with all of the lawn games.”

“My friends and family visited the Pensacola, FL location this past Sunday, July 25th. We had an amazing waitress Madison!! It was about 10 of us and she didn't miss a beat. She was fast, accurate, and super kind and professional. We had little ones running around and it didn't bother her at all. Also the manager Nick was awesome too, he held another table for about 35 minutes for us for our other party just so we could be near each other. Just top of the line customer service!!! Also the food was hot and excellent!!”

“Run don't walk straight to the FD. Food is great and the atmosphere is very laid back. Tonight I had the Oysters Frisky - delicious. I'm from Louisiana and can give mad props to places when they do oysters well. These were amazing! I also had the Blue Crab Claws sauteed - phenomenal! I could drink the left over butter/garlic mixture. These guys haven't disappointed yet. They are super busy most night so don't sweat the wait for food. Grab a drink or three, you will be very happy you waited.”

“Birthday celebration for my husband tonight at Drift, this place is spectacular!! Our Waiter, Patrick, was absolutely AMAZING, very personable, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The Manager, Justin, and Chef were extremely accommodating with some special requests and made our daughter a special dish. Everything we ordered was delicious from drinks, appetizers, main course and of course dessert. One of the best meals we have had in a long time. Will definitely be back!
