The food was really good. The portions are large. I have chicken and mushroom panini w/ salad. The server was very friendly and helpful. The price was very good for the quantity of meal. A nice place
A friend who lives in Port St Joe recommended TIGF to us.. After entering I found it spacious and warm. There is not a lot of seating which is nice. This is your typical quaint European restaurant with amazing food. My wife and I had the chicken panini with salad and a side of fries. For dinner we had the lasagna. This will be a regular stop for lunch and dinner for sure. Highly recommend!!!
This is by far the BEST kept secret in Port St. Joe. This unbelievably talented husband and wife team really have a gift for food and atmosphere. The place is minimal but cute. Even my one year old niece had a place to play and incredible food to eat. We were able to convince the chef to come out so we could applaud him. It was THAT good.
We had fresh sliced prosciutto and olives for our appetizer. I had the Pasta Salmon which was exquisite. To be honest, I don’t think there’s a bad dish there. Every plate I ate from at our table was stupendous. And you will REGRET not having dessert. Stuff yourself if you must, but I guarantee it’s worth it WHATEVER you get. I can’t WAIT to go back!!!
Based upon the reviews we found on this restaurant my wife and I decided to try out the food. We were not disappointed at all. I ordered a burger and it came with fries and a salad with some amazing house dressing on it. My wife ordered a chicken and mushroom panini which also came with a salad. The food came out piping hot & fresh, a must with any restaurant! I was glad to support this small business.
The place is very cute. However the menu could definitely be printed on something a little more official, and some of the items seem out of place. We were told there would be a wait even though there were only 2 other tables seated, and the staff seemed a little awkward. The food was good and did come out at decent intervals, and seemed fresh. Our server was very nice and asked all the proper questions but she was very quiet.
