“I fear we may have lost another restaurant opportunity. We have tried the place numerous times and will keep trying to support a badly needed local business. We were there in the beginning when times were tough, and things weren't always right. We left suggestions and some were taken while some were not. Consistency is key in an establishment of this kind. They are trying still but we see customers have lost their patience. Tonight, we came in to try a pizza. At 14" and $20+ for a pie, it had better be pretty good. It was OK. Lot's of sauce and toppings were OK as well. They still have no beer but they advised us to walk across the street to a convenience store and bring it back, which we did. They even offered to keep it in the cooler for us to keep it cold, couldn't have been nicer. we were even offered red Solo cups to pour it into, but when they came over all wet inside, we were suspicious as to it being the first use of these cups, so we said no. We ate some pie and walked home with the rest. Finished our beers in a leisurely fashion. Not one other person cam in the entire two hours we were there. See picture. Very sad. No one can keep the lights on with that kind of revenue. I just hope that everyone will give the, another try as they are getting it together. “The owner here is very warm and welcoming and the wait staff is kind. I ordered the Caesar salad with grilled chicken, and it was good. The ranch dressing is very thick, so order it on the side. My mom got the chicken quesadillas and absolutely loved them. She started her meal with, "I'll never eat all this," and ended with "I just ate all that." You won't find health food here, which is my only complaint. It would be nice to have a couple light options. Otherwise, good.”

“Authentic Belgium Waffles right here in Sebring? Yes!! Beautifully crafted authentic Belgium with authentic ingredients. I was so impressed with the quality, and the service was amazing. The couple greeted us as soon as we walked in with a genuine smile and the smell greeted us too. It was so intoxicating. I tried one of each waffle and all are just as yummy. Recommended it highly. So pick up a box and enjoy. The best new discovery I have made in town.”

“Went there with my husband and had an amazing experience!! The Steak was amazing and OMG THE CHEESECAKE (I will let you enjoy it’s perfect taste)!!! We honestly had a beautiful dinner and for once I didn’t feel like I was overdressed!:) The food was so good that it was gone (in a classy manner) within minutes! All the waiters were so amazing! And lastly, the new owner walked around and talked to everyone in such an amazingly welcome way. Truly made us feel special! Ps. “WOW!!! Been waiting for this place to open so I could get good local Bar B Que. They did not disappoint! Like any good BBQ joint, they will run out of somethings, so get in early. I had the beef & ribs and both were fantastic. The ribs were fall off the bone tender with great smoke lines & the beef was tender with great flavor. The only complaint is that there was not enough sauce. I know it's disrespectful to use sauce but when the sauce is good too, you need more of it. I am not a paid actor or promoter, just a Florida cracker who appreciates great BBQ. Stop by & visit Jimmy's! You'll love it, just don't panic if they're outa something, just order something else. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!”

“This is some of the best barbecue I have ever eaten in my entire life. Whoever The grill Master here is definitely knows how to make ribs. Fall off the bone 🦴 melt in your mouth baby backs and the sauce is to die for! I couldn't make up my mind between sweet heat and regular sweet. So I alternated between the two sauces rib over rib. Fantastic hands down my barbecue joint in Avon Park. Plus you won't walk away hungry portions are huge.”

“My husband got a Large 7-topping, stuffed crust pizza for about $22. I almost had a heart attack but decided to heat some up and give it a try. I was in heaven. The BEST pizza I've ever had..even reheated in my microwave at that! Then I dipped the stuffed crust in their garlic dipping sauce and was to the moon. Needless to say my first experience was AMAZING!”
