“I was leery at first about buying food from a trailer in a parking lot. My dad had mentioned he had been wanting to try it out, so on Father's Day I placed an online order. My order was accurate and ready when promised. The working area was surprisingly clean. The staff seemed friendly and customer focused. I could tell they used quality fresh ingredients. To me, this is the best pizza in Highlands county. The salad didn't even need dressing. I am looking forward to trying the Meatball Sub.”

“Stopped in for lunch a while back. Excellent friendly service. The Bastilla was really good. I got a dozen cookies (there must have been 20 varieties, all homemade.). My wife and I enjoyed them immensely. Don't expect these cookies to be like western fair which are all about how much sugar you can stuff into a small space. These actually have unique flavors. I can't wait to go back and try out the other varieties.”

“Took 13 people in for New Years eve dinner. Brandon was our server and he was great! Very attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone was happy with their meal. Very unusual for a group of this size. Other wait staff also checked to make sure we were happy with everything. Even had someone climb a ladder to change angle of the air con vents when we asked to have it turned down because we were cold! What a disappointment after New Year's! Took 11 people prior to play. They knew when we made reservation we needed to be a out by 7. Reservation was at 5. One lady never got her food. Only a couple were as ordered 2 never got bills and left. Charged for meal never received. Not sure if any of us will go back!”

“Had seen this place featured on TV as having great hamburgers. I was not disappointed. Hamburger was grilled with a nice searing, yet the inside was a nice medium pink. Topped with onion straws, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and sliced pickle spears. Delicious! Required two hands!! Fries fries were lightly coated, hot, and not the least bit greasy. Ready for a return trip.”

Cons: - Much of the food is either bland or not as well prepared. I feel like this would be the go to place if the food were better. Overall: 4 stars because I have seen the food going down for some time. I used to love this place but it almost seems like the cooks gave up or the cooking methods have changed.
