“I recently stayed at the Vero Beach hotel and ate brunch at Cobalt twice. I loved the baby kale salad; it was light and zesty with great dressing and citrus accents throughout the dish. I also enjoyed the tuna tartare. It was so fresh and the wasabi soy drizzle that accompanied it made for a delicious pairing. While a little pricey; the locale, service, and tasty dishes were worth the price. In the past I have enjoyed their tuna poke salad, which is a welcomed addition to the menu.”

“Friendly, clean, excellent waitress staff. Food was cooked to order and exactly as expected except for one minor detail. My diet is 100% gluten free. Can't risk "mistakes". I ordered their home fried potatoes with my ham and cheese omelette. I had to reject the home fried potatoes. They had some sort of coating that I just wasn't comfortable with. My waitress was very accommodating, assured me they were okay, but had no problem replacing them with hash browns. I would definitely recommend this gem of a homestyle restaurant.”

“A nice quiet bar with decent food and friendly service. I went on a Thursday night and it was ladies night 2 for the price of 1 on all drinks. The fish taco was good but a bit pricey at $5 for one taco and that was the happy hour price. However the beers were very cheap at $3 and on a two for the price of one special as well, making them essentially $1.50.”

“My 90 year old Mom loves this place, and I take her several times a year. So sad the lobster roll was removed from the menu! That was her favorite but yesterday she had the shrimp taco, and I had the special heirloom salad with shrimp, that was awesome! I highly recommend that this is put in the menu permanently. Delish! Also, shared a piece of key lime pie, one of the best around.”

“Food is typical chain food. Tasty enough to get over an Italian food craving, but not anything like real Italian food. Buy one take one is overrated. Only have 4 choices with no variations allowed for the take one. The spaghetti with meat sauce is the only pasta with meat for the take one. Ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with a shrimp add on (Add $3.79 to $12.99 base). They added 6 tiny shrimp on top of the plate. They could have splurged for at least a "medium shrimp" since my pasta was then cut back on the plate, I'm guessing, because I added shrimp. They used med- large shrimp on the Shrimp Scampi and a full plate of angel hair pasta, but then again, add $4.50 to the $12.99 for that option and call it SHRIMP SCAMPI, it would be hard for them to get cheap on the shrimp! LOL”
