“It's a Dunkin'. I enjoyed my vanilla chai. However, after waiting ahead for my food the next 10 minutes, when it was finally received half of it was hot, but the other half of my food wasn't. I would have been fine if it was just that it cooled down but I used to work at a Dunkin'. This cold feeling was that of when you don't put the food in the oven on the right setting. My bacon, egg, and cheese was fine but the egg in my wrap was still stiff and cold and I couldn't eat it. I would have complained if I didn't have a long drive ahead of me.”

“Not sure as it’s fairly new to the area but staff service just need to lighten up be a bit more friendly in comparison to the excellent 5 star service other more established Paneras offer on daily basis consistently. Still a little hit and miss and possible teething problems due to its newness. Huge fan of Panera wherever I am so willing to be optimistic they will improve and prosper.”
