“This location is newly opened and they have some glitches to work out. I arrived shortly after the advertised opening time of 10AM and was told at the drive through it would be 15 minutes to prepare a order. Another time I tried the brisket which was not warm much less hot. The staff is friendly and seems well trained and the location is clean and easily accessible. I have been back with varying but improving results in food preparation quality. I really do want them to improve because I like Arby's food and this location is within about a mile of my house. Update: Maybe someone listened to my comments or it is just a continuing process of improvement but I have been back a couple of times since my original review and I have been absolutely satisfied with the improvements. Changing from 3 to 5 stars. Way better than nearby McDonalds, Burger King or Taco Bell (yuck).”

“A little taco truck on the side of the road in downtown Palmetto. Quesa birrias were delicious imo. The meat was flavorful and tender. The cheese was yummy and not gooey or hard like some others we have tried. They had the crunch that others have missed. So good! The man was super nice also!”

“This was my first visit & I must say I was impressed. Niki, our server was very attentive & an awesome personality. Ask for her. I had the Greek Lemon Chicken soup with a Beef Gyro. Delicious! Prices on most items are reaonable & the dinner prices are good prices as well. My girlfriend had the French Dip with homemade fries. I took a few & then are so good!! Loved this place and will be back!”

“Kid in a candy store! First visit will definitely not be the last! Long, beautiful aisles of clean produce upon entering. Perimeter of the store displayed mounds of reasonably priced fresh fish, followed by a display of steaks and pork chops that rival anything I've seen in the Midwest. Quick stop at the deli to pick up some Boars head turkey, ham and yellow American cheese, priced $2 per pound less than my local grocery chain, then grabbed some authentic polenta cornmeal before hitting the checkout. Almost forgot to mention the 2 lbs of huge tail on shrimp that will be a showstopper at tomorrow's cocktail party for $18. Checkout line was long, but moved quickly. Is definitely worth the 25 minute drive !!”

“First time here and will be back! Ordered online. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes. It was ready when I arrived. Ordered two sushi rolls and orange chicken combo. It took about 15 minutes to get home and my spring roll was still hot enough that I had to let it cool between bites. Everything was delicious!”

“Most attentive and friendly “aim to please” waitstaff ever. Restaurant ambience is cozy bistro, comfortable white wood bead-board, white tablecloth & black wood chairs, all perfectly arranged. Food, wine & cappuccino all authentic Italian, delicious & so filling we passed on dessert.... so we will be going back to sample some more menu items AND dessert! Crusty peasant bread & tomato chop w/ herbs on every table. Eggplant, pastas, meat and vegetarian friendly. Calamari & tuna w/ soy appetizers also splendid. FRESH salad greens w/ perfect light dressing. AND ITS FUN!”

“Location, location, location! The views from this place are amazing! We ate at the Second Floor restaurant and it was spectacular. The views from up there were absolutely breathtaking! The Second Floor has been recently remodeled so everything was very clean and brand new. I specifically liked how they had comfy chairs at the tables for two people. It would be a GREAT place to spend your anniversary or a special date night. There was a group of 6 us of and the Hanger and Mash entree was the winner of the evening! Everyone who had it said it was absolutely delicious. Recommendations: Entree: Hanger and Mash Side: Mashed cauliflower potatoes Dessert: Oliebollen and Coconut cake (share it with multiple people! It's huge) I recommend this place! It was so nice! They also had someone there playing the piano which was nice but it's not too fancy, we were in jeans but others were dressed up a bit more too.”
