With both my experiences there was problems albeit at both places I had minor problems there were still issues and for some reason it was not the greatest of sandwiches. Kentucky Taco Bell is pretty much a hit or miss and I think that is a common quality with Most fast foods, its not necessarily the foods fault its usually the staff, this last visit was pleasant and fast , the drive through commonly has a long line but I can't tell if that an issue withe the staff or just a coincidence because of the demographics of the shores. This location is generally clean and speedy. Depending on the line length it may be better to go inside and order out.”

My 2week old three up all over the floor and I asked for a mop so I could clean it up but the nice girl at the counter wouldn't let me clean it up. “Party of four went for a late breakfast on Sunday morning and seated ourselves. We were greeted quickly and had our drink orders as soon as we were seated. Drinks came out fast and our server greeted us to get the food order. Got The Mountain and Country Fried Steaks. Food came out quickly and was fresh and tasty. Server returned and offered refills occasionally and to check on us. As we were finishing up the server dropped off the check and cleared up plates. When she brought the check back she offered to send to go drinks with us and made sure we were all set before we departed. The whole experience was pleasant and relaxed with good food and service. Highly recommend for a nice relaxed Sunday morning outing.”

“Really depends on the staff how good the food is. Sometimes I go and get a really good hot and ready pizza other times it's under cooked and isn't hot nor ready. But if you go I recommend the lunch deal comes with a drink and a lot of pizza. Also pro tip order cheese because that way they have to make it fresh because the lunch combo comes in pepperoni and often stays in the warmer for awhile if no one orders one.”

She was so incredibly personable and helped me make my choice. She was engaging and interested in my lunch needs as well as how my day was going. Any business that has staff that carry themselves as she does is clearly doing something right. I ordered the brisket sandwich, and it was truly the most tender and flavorful brisket I've ever had. The baked beans have a fantastic taste and are cooked perfectly. If you have a bit of time for lunch and would prefer great food and a Fantastic experience, I don't know how you could possibly do better than Big Lee's.”

My order was taken right away and I was told they would bring my food out. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal. It took 15min to receive my food. The woman apologized when delivering. Food was hot and fresh enough. They were out of catchup. The late food and no catchup almost pushed it to 3 stars but the pleasant staff makes this 4 stars.”
