“We were vacationing in Miami and came across this gem! I was determined to try souse and Fred's did not disappoint. The food was amazing, and Fred and the guys made us feel right at home. That thang you did with that corn was fire!!! Love every bit of it. I also got the smoked turkey leg with some jerk sauce that was delicious also, I just could have used a little more jerk on mine. Even with a fractured hand I ate every bite. Thanks Fred, next time we're in Miami we'll be back!!”

“We feel so lucky to have found this shop. They have practically EVERYTHING for cooking Indian food! Every single spice, snack, flour, rice, its here! We bought some frozen samosas, paratha and paneer last time and I see the freezer selection is expanding. I was feeling a bit sad when I first got to Miami since there are so few South Asians here, so it's always a pleasure to visit and chat up the store owner.”

“It was my sons birthday today and we were looking for something to eat this morning and found a new restaurant on google which we later found out opened last November. Las Flores Mexican caught our eye as we were walking around in a plaza after the restaurant we were planning to eat at was closed down. We ordered Sopes (chicken and steak), tacos (steak), quesadilla and a carne asada burrito. Everything was amazing the meat was cooked perfectly the steak was juicy and tender, They gave us chips and salsa as an appetizer and that is the best salsa I’ve ever had and the chips were very crispy as well. Homemade tomatillo sauce and picante as well. Restaurant had a beautiful Mexican ambience with the vibrant colors and Mexican sombreros and flowers hand painted on the walls. The staff was great very friendly and had multiple conversations with us in English and Spanish. The food was so great we ordered 3 more tacos to go. Most menu items are under $10 other than the burritos and Fortas. Definitely will be eating here again in the future. 10 out of 10. not a paid review.”

“Loved! Loved their food! The chorizo tot bowl was delicious and super fresh. I couldn’t stop eating it. My husband enjoyed their burger and keeps talking about going back for another. My little ones each had their croissanwich but they are big enough that they could’ve shared one. We wanted to try the chicken and waffles and they did not disappoint. Super yummy, fresh and well breaded chicken. For drink, I highly recommend their passion fruit lemonade mix drink and their orange pineapple if you want something refreshing in this summer heat. We then went back another day and tried their PBJ French toast!!! It was a huge hit for all 4 of us! If you’re craving brunch, I definitely recommend you try them. The couple is really sweet and accommodating.”

“My children and I decide to try The Licking in South Perrine and I have to say it held up all expectations. The ambiance walking in was friendly and has a real vibe with a warm welcoming. The staff was really upbeat and friendly and interacted very well with customer. The music was on point, the visuals with DJ Khalid was lit. My children ordered the shrimp Alfredo and I ordered the chicken wings meal with a side of mac and cheese, candied yams, collard greens, peas and rice, the red velvet and lemon cake. We can’t forget our mystery drink and everything was hitting. We enjoyed every finger licking piece of every meal, oh so delicious. We are delighted by the love and dedication of chef and staff to making it a great eating experience. The kids were very happy and definitely gave you five stars. We can’t wait to be back for some more yummy home style cooking.”
