“Great local feel to this place before you get into the touristy area of Key West. We enjoyed drinks, appetizer (Conch fritters) and dinner. My daughter got the catch of the day (blackened snapper) and it was delicious.I got their conch chowder and a salad. The chowder was red (I’m used to white chowder) and a bit spicy…just right. Not many people dining when we arrived, but that was fine by us!”

“Fresh, authentic and expertly prepared food. The prices are reasonable, the portions are huge and the food has only the freshest high quality ingredients. All of the food is made from scratch. Don’t believe any other reviews, the food is extraordinary, the prices are competitive, and they don’t use Styrofoam. The Elote corn is as authentic as you can get. The Casuela bowl was delightful. The Quesabirrias are TD4 (to die 4). The menu is full of Mexican flair options and there’s always a specials list. The enchiladas are exceptional and the pico is fresh with mango. Prices are in the $15-$20 range but for that price you get shareable portions. A great value! The orders are all prepared to go in biodegradable containers. There is a small porch or some tables to eat if you want to dine at the location. Julie’s says that their food is “made with love.” This reviewer agrees! Highly recommend 10 stars”

“Charming little grocery just off Overseas Hwy at MM 24.5. The associates were very helpful and friendly. The meat counter is well stocked with fresh proteins. Clearly there is a skilled butcher there All of the dry goods and staples had good dates and they turn over often. The sub sandwiches look delicious. Very convenient between Key West and Big Pine. The prices are reasonable and I don’t mind paying for the convenience and supporting locally owned business. We love it so much. Our granddaughter was named after Murray’s. OK that’s not true. Her name is Murray and it’s just a coincidence, but still a great place to shop. Highly recommended. 10 stars.”

“We visited the morning after Thanksgiving and although it was busy, the service and food were fabulous. Our sever was polite and efficient. Our food came out piping hot and was prepared perfectly. I ordered the breakfast burrito with sausage and it was so yummy! We will definitely visit again next time we are in the area.”

“Love that the majority of this restaurant's guest chooses the outdoor patio as the atmosphere is great and the live music makes it just that much better. The food is awesome to say the least, and both food and bar are reasonably priced. They serve a Grilled Cheese Crab sandwich that has recently been added to the regular menu. We first had it as one of the daily specials, but when we returned, the sandwich had been placed onto the regular menu, which I wouldn't doubt was done by customer requests. The sandwich was so awesome that we've been back two or three times for that specific entree. There were three of us the first time we tried it, and all three of us returned together each time with our mouths watering, all of us knowing we were going to order that same sandwich, and we did! It has yet to disappoint. Although the sandwich, served as an entree and comes with your choice of one side, is plenty big enough to fill you up, don't be surprised if you are tempted to order an extra one for the table to share or one for yourself to take home, as it honestly is just that good!! The Servers are always on top of their game, and seems each of them has the others back always willing to offer their service when and if needed, and happy to so, always with a smile nonetheless. “Hidden gem if you are driving to Key West. After reading the reviews, we decided to stop for trying their conch fritters. Absolutely delicious! I am sorry we didn’t have enough time to try more items but I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good food in the area. They also have a patio in the back and it is a little grocery store. Their menu has Cuban food and fish.”
