“This place is just outstanding! Had a big party for a wedding reception dinner, and things were handled perfectly. My now wife and I are from Ohio, so we had to coordinate our reservations via email, and the staff was very professional and helpful. Our wedding reception dinner was amazing! The food is great, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was most enjoyable. I give this place 5 stars because I feel they deserve it. Thank you to all of you for making our wedding dinner special, and for treating our guests with such grace. Whenever we come back down to Destin, we will absolutely be coming back!!”

“What a place! We have considered this place several times but today was the day. You definitely get your money's worth here. The plate sizes are something I would expect to find in New Orleans, at a fraction of the cost. Pictured is the Banana Bread French Toast. 3 slices of Banana Bread Heaven with topping that will satisfy any sweet tooth. Also there is a picture of the Hello Lucy Omelet. This masterpiece is a flavor Fiesta! On the side...at the suggestion of our waitress, "City Grits". This culinary delight is an upscale Cheese Grits recipe that includes a creamy Gouda, scallions, bacon and tomatoes...and a little bacon fat for added flavor (my personal take, I would have enjoyed it much more had it been a hearty Smoked Gouda, but a 5 star side nonetheless). The service was fantastic. The portion size and price per was (imo) perfect. You will not leave here with an empty stomach.”

“Black and blue burger was very good. The loaded tots were cold however. Spinach artichoke dip was very good but the Mac and cheese which is premium side was very very bland. Service was good though. Not anyone there when we arrived at about 530 for dinner so food came out pretty quick. Will try again though in the future. Bathrooms did smell like amonia and play dough though really weird.”

“Amazing donuts! We picked up a half dozen donuts around 5pm for breakfast the next day. They were amazing the next morning. I now regret getting a few extra donuts to try them fresh, which I imagine would be phenomenal. They worker we talked with was very nice and helpful. We will definitely go back here for donuts the next time we are in town.”

“My family went and ate there today, 6 people and then another order to go. The food that was eaten there was great, milkshakes the works. The to-go order was supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger, hold the bun. When I opened it up at our house, there was no bun and no burger. I tried calling to let them know, but no one answered. Staffing all over our area is impossible, so I will give them a break. It would have been nice to at least be able to get credit for a future burger since we paid 14.00 for it.”

“Bowling is decent. You pay by the hour, so if you are quick to bowl, you can get some good value. The atmosphere heavily caters to kids and families. DO NOT EAT HERE. Might as well bring a microwave and cook it yourself, because that's what they do. For adults, I would recommend Hurricane Lanes (pay per game), which is practically across the street and has a nicer bar atmosphere that is closed off if you want to beget away from the kids. Overall, Uncle Bucks is more touristy, Hurricane Lanes is more classic, locals bowling alley.”

“The music was phenomenal! The musicians were fun, engaging, and had the customers in stitches. The drinks we had were pretty okay. A little too expensive for what they were and they didn't seem quite full enough. The food that we did have seemed good but what I would consider "chain restaurant quality" minus the bread pudding, which was amazing! The server was very friendly but not very attentive. With that said, we also didn't see the hostess for nearly 7 minutes so, they may just be short staffed.”

“Loved this place. Had dinner in the patio and it was a really nice experience. They were really smart with how they did the patio, with shutters all around you can eat outside and enjoy a breeze, but not look at an ugly parking lot. They maximized the potential of a less than ideal location. The wait staff was efficient and friendly and the good was great. Really liked my Carolina style pulled pork sandwich and fries. Would definitely recommend this place for someone looking to either just grab drinks or have a bite with friends.”

The giant ring toss they had was a good way to kill time while we were waiting to be served. They also had a sand area in the back, a good place to sink your feet in the soft, relaxing treat of Florida. “If you are looking for an amazing authentic Italian restaurant GO HERE!!! We are from Cincinnati Ohio, and I wish we would have went here day 1 so we could get leftovers! The staff was incredibly friendly, the food came out quick, and there was no wait! It's a little mom and pop place and it's absolutely perfect. Family friendly we took a 1 year old and 3 year old there and they loved it! Their pizza is to die for, the Spaghetti and Meatballs was phenomenal, the fettuccine Alfredo was AMAZING, and their desserts were SO GOOD. Don't bother waiting 2 plus hours at those other places, this place is so quaint and perfect for the whole family! Highly recommend!”

“Stood staff, chef was most certainly entertaining, price was a little higher than my own hibachi restaurant but as expected due to location on an island. Food good quality, sushi was excellent! And for a part of 2 you will spend no less than 100 dollars if you choose any two hibachi menu items but you are also paying for the entertainment!! Our chef "Jackie Chan" was wonderful interacted with everyone and really made the kids laugh and smile!”
