“Wow what a busy location or maybe it was the time of day. I believe it was shortly after noon time when I walked into a line with a half a dozen people in front of me and almost a full restaurant. Happy to see the good places doing so well. Ordered my usual turkey sandwich combo and as usual it was delicious. Great location with all the amenities you would expect from fire house. Everyone working was very clean and professional and looked like they were working very hard to service the customers the best they can.”

“I would have given this place a 5 star if it wasn’t for the bad service when we were seated. The gators were fun to see and feed. The gator handler staff where all very helpful and friendly! When we were seated, the gentleman didn’t introduce himself and he didn’t check on us at all while we were there. I had to keep asking for things. I’ve never had that bad of a waiter before. As far as the price goes, I didn’t think it was bad. You get a lot of food for the price, so I think it’s worth it.”

“Good food. No wait. My kids liked it so we came back the following night. We asked for more broth in the soup and they charged us $5 in addition to upcharging the soup, so they really charged us $8 more. Now aside from that, they are very friendly and polite. This is a good place to get good food without the long wait on a Friday or Saturday night.”

“My brother has talked about this place for some time. I was happy we finally went. I have never had authentic German food or a Schnitzel so I can’t speak for how authentic it is, but I can say the service was outstanding and my first schnitzel experience was delicious! Also we got dessert despite being really full and had a delicious homemade Black Forest cake. Service was excellent. Food came out fresh and fast. There are many items on menu and schnitzel prepared in many different varieties.”

“Very nice and quite environment. Staff members are super friendly. We went there as a family group (4 adults and 3 children) to celebrate my brother's birthday. Everyone was happy with their orders. Food was delicious and portions were quite large. We ended up taking most of our food home, because none of us could finish our plates. My personal favorite dish was fried calamari. It was super delicious. I highly recommend trying that appetizer. That doesn't mean other dishes weren't pleasant. ☺️ I also enjoyed as much of my Parmesan Chicken as I could finish. Since portion sizes were large (by my standards), I was only able to eat less than half of my plate. 😄 All in all, it was a great family dinner. We will definitely be coming back to Ciao Bella again.”

“Came in around 1 pm , which we usually do on Sundays for lunch, and had terrible service. There was an older lady who served us with short brown hair and she was a new face to us. She was very inattentive and gave us rude responses when we would ask for refills, sauces and such. This was new for us, as usually the service is great, but this experience almost makes us not want to come back. Nothing is worse than trying to eat a meal without something to drink. Not very friendly or smiley at all… Food was great as usual!”

“I like this little Caesar, and am giving it a high rating because the pizza is always hot, fresh and tasty, but it really bothers me that you can come at 9pm or 9:30pm and they will say they only have crazy bread left, and I have to wait 20 minutes for a pizza. Why is everything broken down so early? If you stop selling pizzas at 9:00 or 9:30pm, please update your business hours to reflect that. Other than that, I have no issues with this store, but please do a better job at having pizzas hot and ready to go, a trademark of the company so many of appreciate.”

“I think in normal circumstances it would have been much better. We were on a 2 hour wait, on top of them being very short staffed. The staff were very understanding, professional and friendly regardless of how stretched thin they were. One of the staff members gave my youngest a free toy and candy which I thought was very sweet. The food was good, I have had better from Joe's and I'm not talking about around this location but closer to Indiana. I am just going to assume they were short on cooks as well. I don't blame the staff, they can't make people work or not call in. I saw them really hustle and still took time to check on us and refill drinks. I've had worse service and attitudes with a less demanding crowd and plenty of staff. They really showed a sense of professionalism regardless of how stressed they must have been. I give it 3 because it was expensive, obviously 2 hours is a long time, due to staffing issues I believe our food could have been better. Other than that they had stellar attitudes and that speaks volumes and does not mean I would not come back again sometime. Thank you for your hard work all you ladies need a raise!”

“Absolutely amazing! Even though they were short staffed (which let's be honest what place isn't short staffed nowadays?) The entire staff, and I mean ENTIRE staff, from the bartender to the kitchen staff did a fabulous job keeping their spirits through being so busy. Everyone even helped with tables and customer service. The food was fantastic. I would definitely recommend giving them a visit. Just remember to be courteous and kind, it's not their fault they are short staffed. They are the ones there wanting to be at work.”
