“This hotel is beyond what I expected. Really nice staff and service. I drive a semi truck for work, they made space for me to park it in their lot, without a trailer. Their site says no breakfast, but they have coffee and pastries every morning from 7-10 am. Very convenient location.... beach right in front of the hotel and in the main strip. Nice, comfortable and clean rooms. Pricing is really good, will be back for sure.”

“This place seems like one of Clearwater's best kept secrets! We ate there twice during our 3 day trip. The food the beer and the ambiance were all amazing! I had the coconut shrimp which was delicious and one of the tastiest beers I've ever drank was one of their own brews called 608 Naked Lager. The place is fun and played great music and funny videos while we were there. It's towards the North end of the main strip but well worth the trip!”

“I have to admit, I was a little skeptical of Island Grille but I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is open for lunch only but had friendly staff and a nice, bright atmosphere. The menu options were good and prices were very reasonable. We took advantage of the soup and salad bar for only $8 and there were plenty of fresh options. It appeared there were hotel guests and local business people enjoying the grille. Would definitely recommend!”

“We went to Backwaters because we had went a while back and enjoyed it, along with that it had been recommended to us by others as well. I must say that it lives up to the reputation it has developed. The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest, although the food makes up for that. Our waitress was very kind and served us with little trouble. We ordered drinks and got them within a minute or two. We waited about 18 minutes until our food came. The food was excellent, one of our group loved the lobster bisque. Our experience at Backwaters was great and we will be returning many times over to enjoy the amazing food.”

“Went here to get some donuts and some munchkins, when we got in I started craving some hot chocolate. I wanted an Oreo one but they didn’t have any. I got another one flavour instead, it was good. The staff were very kind and served us with little trouble. The donut I got was a Maple Glazed. We also got a Vanilla Creme. Both donuts were very good. Overall we very pleased with our visit.”

“Simply put Tony's is great pizza. I've only had takeout so can't speak to the atmosphere of the restaurant itself, other than one cocktail while I was waiting which was great. There was a bit of a snafu with one of the ingredients due to an allergy, but the owner came out and personally spoke with me and made everything right. Definitely how you run a business. My opinion was reinforced when I had some P*p* John's a few weeks ago. Ick. Will not be straying away from Tony's again.”
