If you get here early enough it's basically seat yourself and the waitress comes right along brings you drinks and take your order my food came out in the mirror minutes, everything was cooked to perfection, I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Pinellas Park in the morning. “Came here tonight and bought a Texas toast steak burger and large fry. Let's be real: The only reason you should be going to Checker's for is the fries. They are unique and one of the best seasoned fries around. These did not disappoint, as they were hot crispy and fresh, straight from the fryer. The steak burger however, really wasn't that good. The two pieces of Texas toast was soggy from grease, butter and mayo. The Patty itself was dry resulting in this weird combination of a grease soaked yet dried out texture. The onion straws were alright, and probably the best thing about the otherwise bland greasy mess. Service was fast and friendly though, and the fries were awesome.”

“I have always thought this was one of the best Mexican restaurants in Pinellas County. Yesterday I had their burrito loco which was so big it had to be served on a platter! I ate 1/3 of it plus the free chips and salsa and brought the rest home with me. I had never seen an 18" tortilla before. That burrito was big but it was also delicious. The only item I've ever ordered here that I wasn't fond of was their chili rellenos. But...u can't beat this restaurant for food quality, good service and great prices.”

“The pizza is fine, though it is better hot than slightly warm (which happened after 30 minutes, as expected). The pizza was ready after about 20 minutes of ordering. There seemed to be some confusion in communication at the store about the definition of “Just the crust,” but that was resolved (They add butter, garlic, and Parmesan to their bread sticks, though that wasn’t communicated to me when I asked.). The marinara sauce is okay. The price was more towards high than low. Central Pizza gets the job done when you’re in the area and need a pizza.”

“Tenders were tasty, as usual. We both got broccoli as a side, it tasted weird, not able to eat it. Manager got us different sides, bit made a fresh broccoli for us to try. That one was great. Manager said that the employee did not put in the correct measurements of olive oil and seasoning... consistancy issue. Very nice of the manager to make the meal right and go a step further to show what their product should taste like.”

“Sandwich, chips, soda. Classic Italian fare for classic prices. Good people run that shop, friendly and courteous. And it's got that classic Mom and Pop feel down through and through. “From time to time their grandma (or auntie, idk) runs the shop. She doesn't really speak English well but she is fluent in hand movements and smiles. Their menu is cut pretty much in half than whats listed, but they still have Viet restaurant essentials. That being said, the sandwhiches are good, noodles (not the soup I haven't tried that) are good, and the rice is great. Portions are okay, but the price pretty much equals it all out, so buy an appetizer. I would recommend to management, get rid of the tacky tables and signs, repaint the place and try to advertise more. I'm a second generation Vietnamese American so I'm pretty used to places like this, but it's not very whiterized like other places in the area (la v, bamboozle, etc)”
