I love garlic, but this was absolutely so garlic heavy I needed 2 paper towels to soak up the grease and my whole mouth was raw from the garlic. “My experience at Door Belle Dinners has left me with the best impression! The owner Megan is absolutely passionate about the quality of ingredients and truly cares about your experience. Her facility is immaculate and organized and she takes no shortcuts in her food preparation. While I was there, she was working on her signature broth that takes eight hours to prepare and is used as a base in many of her meals. The chicken pot pie I ordered was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal! Highly recommend!”

I was working physically hard all morning and was getting hungry. A part of me was worried that I would not have my hunger satisfied as I have gone to some vegan spots and have spent $40 and left needing more. I can happily say the back bean burger was super fresh a long with the greens and made me full. Plus they have delicious vegan cookies! Ugh, I love it! I will continue to come back to Seed for my lunch breaks when working in Venice!”

“NEVER HAD FRIENDLIER SERVICE AT ANY GAS STATION!!!! And what's great is, it's consistent!!! Every time I have stopped in here for some eats, some desserts, gift cards or whatever, I feel like I am treated with respect and the friendliness of these employees are just top notch. “Tonight I saw a very large woman complain about a Mac and cheese cup not being filled enough (it was at the rim) she asked for more and then was extremely rude to the poor girl behind the counter. She did not retaliate and I give her all the credit in the world. If that fat a** rude woman reads this I hope you see a treadmill soon. Mac and cheese will just add to that enormous belly you got already. My sub was great btw 10/10.”

“Went here on a vacation visit to Venice Beach. This place has a colorful exterior and a very nice interior. My husband and I went during happy hour, so we got to try spicy tuna and the spicy crab roll. Not only was our server quick and attentive (young woman with brown hair and a tattooed arm - sorry I did not catch your name!) She was incredibly sweet and provided wonderful recommendations to us as well. We split a pad Thai which was my first time trying such a dish - I knew I liked peanut sauce on spring rolls but I didn't like it as much in a dish. That is based on personal preference however - the rice noodles and the bean sprouts were cooked to perfection and it complemented the smooth peanut butter by adding different textures. We also tried the tuna tower which was AWESOME. would eat my body weight in that again and again. When we left, the chef and all servers wished us a good evening and were very warm - all smiles. The service here is great - we were never left wondering if our server were coming back. Servers who weren't even for our table also came to fill water, bring extra plates, clean off the table, check in with us, and brought us a spoon for splitting a noodle-y meal in two. I really like this place and I think you will too!”

“Wow! What to say? It's not what I expected. The food is very good but the place is so old, old decor, old dishes… lots of comfort food. Again, very good! We were expecting some choices like sandwiches, burgers etc. but everything was a full dinner. Again, the food is excellent just not the experience we were looking for. The staff was excellent, no complaints there.”
