“This is our favorite date night go to. The food is always amazing. Their salads are fresh and bright, all entrees are delicious (we adore their pastas and sauce), they have great wines, and even better desserts. The ambiance is really what does it though, making it the whole package. The owners and servers all make you feel welcome and well cared for. We go at least once a month and more often during the off season.”

“Yes, the donuts are indeed yummy. Coffee was good too. Expect to pay a premium for these donuts. If you get one donut you may not think anything of it but if you get a dozen it will add up. Think 2 times the price or more versus the popular donut chain that is everywhere. To an extent you get what you pay for of course. If they had a discount on a dozen donuts I would go more often. I'm just not the type to stop in for a donut or two. I get them for the whole family and my family is just not worth it. HaHaHa! just kidding there...but if there were a discount on a dozen they may not make as much per donut on me but without it they will earn my business much less often. Of course with that price model they may have to make more donuts and ramping up production may not be possible for this mom and pop donut shop. Just throwing it out there but if you are looking for the highest quality donut in Venice this is the place to go.”

“Great food! We had a hamburger and the Red Snapper special. Both very well done. The beer was fantastic, as well. Our server was very nice and very helpful. We will definitely be eating here again. The only reason for only four stars was the temperature (cold) and the fact that the inside is dark, but the front windows are very bright when the sun is up. It's hard to see the person across the table from you.”

“First time eating pizza hut in a dinner. Also my first time having Pizza hut in years. It was okay pizza. The wings were really good though. The pizza was just really doughy and had no center volume so it was floppy. I'm a GM at a similar pizza restaurant. Definitely wouldn't have that coming out of my oven. Our server was really nice though. I'd definitely go back but just wouldn't get the pizza again.”

“When this particular location opened in Venice, in the mid 90's, I was thrilled! It all depends on the crew that operates the place. I've been sick twice, from the Checker burger. That was years ago. As of 2019, I tried again... The staff appeared to take pride in their work; as I was served a decent meal, and had NO issues, like I experienced years back. Hopefully, they'll hire people, that will continue to serve fresh foods! Enjoy!”

The overnight person was fast, friendly, but rushed my order at another car ordered as she was preparing my order. She forgot the ketchup for the fries :'( they were fresh, hot, crispy, almost the perfect amount of salt, but she forgot the ketchup! I was so sad ????. And she was a cute girl too... So sad. I almost got the perfect ????! Would like to be put in the book for a free medium Fry if the GM or other manager reads this. I'll be back again some weekend night after driving party goes from place to place assisting keeping the roads safe. Thanks in advance!”

“6/22/19 Hidden gem at the Venice airport. Who knew! Best Cuban sandwich I've tasted. The proprietor/chef Tony, has an extensive and impressive resume. He brought samples of his conch chowder and homemade chili (winner at the Venice chili cook off) to our table. Wow. Absolutely delicious. We will be returning soon.
