“I went to Sweet Mom Italy when I was on vacation in Sarasota. The food was FANTASTIC. What really sold me was a pianist that started playing while I was grabbing a quick bite. “So far all of my experiences at this Dunkin’ have been positive but it only takes one bad experience to grate on your nerves. It was a young lady working this morning 7/27/2019 who was irritated because I was ordering more than one thing. Every time I would add something to my list she would have an attitude and say “anything else? Is that all? Are you done?” I only ordered four things. Please speak with your staff about their attitude in the drive-through when customers are placing their order.”

She forgot the roll that went with my dinner and when the manager (?) came by to ask how everything was and I mentioned the missing roll he sent the server over with it and she dropped it off without a word. We wondered about dessert but lost interest when it took so long for her to return with the check, and she never asked if we wanted dessert anyway. She never looked in our direction and when she wasn't waiting on others, I saw her just standing there staring into space. We would return, the food was that good, I just want another server.”
