“I can't say enough good things about this hotel. My girlfriend and I just spent the weekend celebrating our 4th anniversary here. It was such an amazing experience. The hotel's obviously pretty old, I'll admit that. But that's what we were looking for. I've never felt so welcome, away from home, in my entire life, by both the staff and the other guests. Seriously, it's just a cool place. The restaurant is absolutely KILLER as well. We'll definitely be back. One of the best weekends of my life, and half the reason that is so is because of the Cassadaga Hotel and the people that run the place. Thank you a billion times over. P.s. if you hit the bar, ask for Shannon or Sereena (hope I spelled those right, ladies.), they're goddesses cleverly disguised as mere mortals. If you get a reading, ask for Lori. She's just cool, there's no other way to put it.”

“Went here with my husband the day after Christmas for breakfast. We were extremely impressed and will be back. I liked that they have an option to customize your own breakfast so you can get exactly what you want. The French toast is some of the best I have ever had. The portions are very generous. The fried apples are basically a desert and were amazing. The potato casserole was loaded with a huge stack of bacon and sausage. My husband got the shrimp and grits, which I was nervous about because that can be easy to mess up, but the grits were so creamy and some of the best I have ever had. I'm actually craving them right now which is what prompted me to write this review. Our server Carrie was very sweet and attentive. Can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu.”

“A very intriguing place. I was slightly apprehensive about visiting the establishment, but very soon realized it’s such a gem! Live entertainment was very classy and enjoyable. The hotel lobby and restaurant was very clean. My food took a little longer than expected, but was delicious! I will most definitely return when I am able to.”

“I really love this place, went here years ago for breakfast a couple times. Now I have been going for lunch. Finally get to sit down and relax, never crowded, great food, doesn't take long. Just a good old home town Lake Helen restaurant. Very nice casual place. Definitely check it out!!”

“Love, love, love the white pizza!! Simple ingredients with ample flavor! The crust was AWESOME and that’s my favorite part of pizza. 20 minute wait on a Saturday and upon arrival we were promptly greeted. Young man at the front was very courteous. I will most definitely be eating here again!”
