“The Pub and Grill has reopened after a remodel and is better than ever before! During the current pandemic climate they are adhering to covid protocol by maintaining social distancing at the bar and tables. Enjoying a long overdue evening out with friends we were not disappointed. The new beer tap features 16 domestic and import beers and the new full liquor bar is a work of art. The food was all perfectly prepared. I had an old favorite, crack wings (hot honey teriyaki) while the ladies had an amazing BLT and a humongous burger served with plenty of fries. Everything was spot on and delicious prepared exactly as ordered. Prices were all very reasonable. The BLT was the special of the day and the wings and burger were more than fairly priced. The mixed drinks were also prepared to perfection. The staff was friendly and extremely pleasant. The atmosphere makes for a perfect date night as well as going solo. Located in a nice large plaza there is plenty of parking and it is well lit. Well deserving of a 5 star rating we'll definitely be back.”

“I can't say enough good things about this hotel. My girlfriend and I just spent the weekend celebrating our 4th anniversary here. It was such an amazing experience. The hotel's obviously pretty old, I'll admit that. But that's what we were looking for. I've never felt so welcome, away from home, in my entire life, by both the staff and the other guests. Seriously, it's just a cool place. The restaurant is absolutely KILLER as well. We'll definitely be back. One of the best weekends of my life, and half the reason that is so is because of the Cassadaga Hotel and the people that run the place. Thank you a billion times over. P.s. if you hit the bar, ask for Shannon or Sereena (hope I spelled those right, ladies.), they're goddesses cleverly disguised as mere mortals. If you get a reading, ask for Lori. I did have an unpleasant conversation with an older staff member and for that reason I wasn’t running back. I still recommending grabbing a bite to eat if you are looking for delicious healthy and organic.”
