“We were there right at closing and the crew was very gracious and allowed us to sit down inside. Meanwhile a woman came in and ordered a custom ice cream cake, after they had closed. The girl at the register said the cake lady had left and they couldn't do a custom order after closing. The customer became incensed, demanded to talk to the district manager and then stole all their plastic wear and condiments. I kinda feel bad for the employees who have to work there.”

I told her I was waiting for the rest of my order. She got mad and left, another lady asked what I was missing. I informed her, and she completed the order. I told her about the lack of service from the other girl. So the other girl flipped me a bird! I politely asked for the manager, and she gave me a refund. But customer service doesn't exist here. If not for the manager being professional, would have been a 1☆”
