There are times when you get good customer service. There are times when you get great customer service. And then there are those rare times when you get WOW customer service! We experienced the WOW customer service with Sarah Dyer last night!! From the moment she walked up to our table she had a smile on her face and lots of energy! Some people plaster on the fake smiles in this line of work and you can read right through it. Not Sarah. You could tell she genuinely enjoys her job and interacting with people. She laughed and joked with us the whole time we were there, always checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything, but not in the aggravating way to where it becomes a nuisance, and she took the time to explain in great detail anything on the menu we asked her about. We will be back, and will bring others with us, and it is solely because of the AMAZING experience she provided us with! Thanks Sarah! From C.J. and Trey

My experience at this Texas Roadhouse started great, from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by the staff at the front door with a smile and a welcoming "hello". As the young lady walked me to my seat, she asked me, "how was your last visit here?" I was kind of shocked, as no one had ever asked me anything like that before. I answered her, "well, this is my first time at this location. I love Texas Roadhouse back home, but this is my first time here."

When the waiter came to my table (Mark), he was awesome. Very polite, very professional, and acted like he genuinely wanted to be there. That's not something you get much anymore. The service he provided was beyond exceptional. That fact, coupled with his attitude, was enough for me to give this place 5 stars.

Then, the manager (Tami) came by my table to welcome me as a "first time guest". Again, I was pleasantly surprised. She was just as kind and caring as everyone else I had encountered thus far, and she invited me to install the app and gave me a Texas Roadhouse koozie.

Then the food arrived... Let me just start by saying that I've devoured many steaks over my lifetime. Steak is my most favorite meal, so I genuinely consider myself a steak connoisseur. This steak was cooked exactly how I ordered it, it was extremely juicy, and was as tender as I've ever had. I always eat my steak with a sauce, but this steak was better without one, so I didn't even dip it.

I travel a lot for work, and unfortunately I have to eat out a lot. This was the best experience I've had in a long time at a restaurant.

As I sit here writing this at the Texas Roadhouse table, I am again away from home for work. This is my 15 year wedding anniversary, and this whole experience made being away from my family so much easier, and I truly appreciate it.

Upon arriving me and my colleague were properly greeted and promptly seated. Right away our server Jay came to take our orders????. His service was fast, friendly and even helped me make my ✅selections. Not only did he take care of us but also treated his whole ????‍????‍????‍????????‍????‍????‍????section very well. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the???? fort worth steak w/ veggies???? and a ????Jamaican Cowboy????. I was pleased with my service, happy with the ????cleanliness and atmosphere.

Jay was an outstanding Server! He went above and beyond his duties. Constantly made sure that our table had everything we needed. Took our order extra fast, got it correct, and periodically made sure we were happy with our meals. WHICH WE WERE! HAPPY VALENTINES!!❤ Best server by far that we've encountered in a long time. Texas Roadhouse has a great staff and Jay stands out from them ! 5⭐'s And now for the best part....the Food is ????% AWESOME!!!!

Came tonight with my Godson for his birthday. We waited for our section for 25. Let me just say, the service was AMAZING. Once our buzzer went off we came in and were instantly greeted by Sarah who was already holding 5 baskets of fresh bread. She took us to our seats and immediately got our drink order in. The rest of the night was a dream!! Everyone was fed within the hour, and pleased with their meals. 10/10 would recommend this location and SARAH! I ordered the crispy critters salad and a long island ice tea and they were great!
