“Update: their link to their online menu has changed, but now seems very incomplete. I'm not sure if they've reduced their menu items, but I'll update this review again once I've found out. First - the food is excellent. The fish, pasta, and soul-food sundays are all things I literally crave now that I've had them. Take-out is a bit sloppy, especially because of the portion size (not a complaint, honestly). Your bread or fries may get soggy, but that's going to happen anywhere if the sandwich has sauce and the plate is steaming hot. I toss the fries in an air fryer at home, and they are perfect again. I also replace the bread with my own bun instead, which, if I have one, is my (only) major complaint about the food I've tried here in my several visits. That said, placing your order can sometimes be frustrating, and the reason this is 4 stars instead of 5. I've called several times in a row and got a voicemail during business hours. I've also been put on hold for longer than I feel warrants "good service", and even had to call back (again getting voicemail) because the line was hanged up. I'll certainly keep visiting this place, and hope they continue to grow and improve. If their storefront were literally anywhere in Macon besides the back of a building almost no one seems to know about, I think they'd be sold out every meal. Eventually, the extra hoops may weigh down my review, and I'll update it at that point. I honestly hope to give this 5-stars once the kinks are worked out.”

“Really enjoyed our experience at Yollah. The Cuban sandwich is amazing, just make sure the bread is not charred too much. Their salsa is also delicious. And they have a great variety of unique drinks. The food takes a little bit longer than usual to get to the table because they make everything from scratch. The owners are very sweet. They are pet friendly and gave us handkerchiefs for our pups. They’re always full so make sure to get there with spare time!”

“Came in here after reading the article on 13wmaz and boy oh boy. First off I always love a smile (even though a mask) and was greeted immediately when I came in, I had called my order in and the pastry dish caught my eye so I had to try the delicious looking chocolate chip cookies. I had the lobster in the croissant and it was phenomenal. Well proportioned and FRESH. The establishment was clean and the workers were warm and friendly. Great food and great costumer service so I will definitely be back!”

“Easily the best pizza in all of Middle Georgia and Macon! The unique oven gives the crust a perfect char and the texture and flavor is fantastic... what really stands out is the fresh tomato sauce. It's phenomenal. My family is from Campania Italy, and I was born and raised in New York state... every year we made fresh tomato sauce, and I haven't tasted anything like it since I left over 11 years ago. Their tomato sauce is exactly like the kind my family made. It's not every day you find food that gives you an authentic feeling of home. We had the margherita pizza and the mushroom pizza, the specialty ravioli, antipasto platter and the wedge salad. Everything was fantastic, well plated and balanced. The ravioli is house made, and was cooked, stuffed, and seasoned perfectly. The ambiance is casual and family friendly, but also very romantic and intimate... and the menu structure reflects this. Offerings of traditional appetizers, salads, pastas and pizzas and nightly specials. Good beer and wine selection too. It's a true gem in Macon, and a must visit. Go see for yourself. We'll be back very soon!”

“Island Pot is SO worth every penny!!! It's delicious, it's overly filling, and just all around perfect. Island Pot focuses on the actual authenticity in their food which is greatly appreciated and makes it worthwhile to come back to. The staff is always inviting, I'm always happy every time I step foot into the building (which is so nice and clean). If I could give this restaurant more than five stars I would and I will be back every single day. This is hands down the best Jamaican restaurant in Macon. Love it here!!!”

“Great service. The hardest thing for me is location. It's in a tight little corner for the drive thru so be careful and watch for pedestrians in this busy Kroger shopping center. Logistically it would be better if it were at a light BUT that's not Starbucks fault so since the coffee is good I risk it all and get my coffee anyway ??♀️??♀️?”
