“I keep trying and trying to be happy with this one and I am let down now for a 5th time 5 REALLY? Been too 8 other locations across the country and all great this one doesn't listen when you say what you want and how you want it. Then you explain again same mistake. Mostly simply jalapenos when you day no,zero,none. Come on. Same girl 3 of the times you tell her and same results no chipotle and added jalapenos. I want to give them higher ratings because I love the food but some better care for customers request would help. One girl loves being there always perk . Other girls not so much. Come on lady's!”

“Fresh, fast delicious!!! No matter where you go, lunch (if it's any good) is about 10 bucks, but here it's actually fresh. It's also one of the few places that fruit is an optional side item. My only wish would have been for the cantaloupe to have been ripe before it was cut. The strawberries, blueberries & pineapple were fantastic, but I had to throw the cantaloupe away.”

“My son is in town for Labor Day. He wanted to take me to lunch. It had been a while since the two of us went out to eat. We initially wanted italian food but ended up at Longhorn Steakhouse. When we walked in, it took a "minute" for the hostess to great us, although the lunch bunch was already gone. After she acknowledged us, in mid sentence, she answered a phone call without even as "excuse me". I thought right then, oh no this is not going to be a good experience. She showed us to our table and then our server came and greeted us with a smile. That changed everything. He was full of personality and even joked when I said I wanted my New York Strip well done. He said you want your steak to taste like leather. My son and I had a good laugh. He was very attentive. He refilled my son's raspberry lemonade before it was empty. He asked us to check our steaks before we left the table. Mine had a touch of pink. When I ordered I had said no pink. He offered to have it cooked more. I said no thank you. I have seen too many of those shows about what can happen to your food when you send it back to the kitchen. The steak was delicious and did not taste like leather! My son and I enjoyed our lunch outing all because our server greeted us with a smile and provided great customer service. I am so appreciative that my son and I were able to share a great lunch together, since we do not get the chance often.”
