This visit was super good, really nice and professional staff and management, manager was working the register and she was real in her interactions with my family. The food was made fresh and out to us fairly quick. I paid for an order to take out, when I was ready to let the staff know one of the young ladies saw me coming and gave me a friendly thumbs up before I even made it to the counter. Order was brought bagged up and ready to go in no time and with a friendly attitude. I wish I had taken the ladies names, I hope upper management takes good care of this crew. Perhaps they were short on help. When we finally had our order taken, our food was promptly presented to us. Bojangles chicken is always good-no complaints at all with quality of food. “The atmosphere of Formosa's II is warm and inviting. It's an older building, so the booths are a bit worn however, they have nice tables and chairs. I love the open floor and the lighting. The food comes in large portions, it's always hot and fresh. I've never had any issues with the food, or the service. The only thing that I would change is the fried rice which comes with the dinner plates to include vegetables and larger pieces of egg. Currently, they service brown rice with small pieces of egg, which is good; don't get me wrong, but in my opinion - it's a little bit on the bland side.”

There are a variety of flavors that can be mixed or combined with other types to make a wide range of options. Very impressive. The staff is friendly and they encourage you to try the different flavors (a disposable tiny spoon). That's really nice since a lot of people aren't familiar with the Italian ice. It has a much stronger flavor than ice cream. The tart flavors are really tart and the sweet is really sweet. Definitely worth the price.”

We rarely eat out because we are so often disappointed in the flavor compared to what we are used to at home but Willie Jewell's really made us feel at home. They only have plastic forks so when we return we will be bringing our own silverware. Terrific place to eat and convenient location. We were served quickly by a cheerful staff.”
