“I really enjoy Crave Hot Dogs and Barbecue! My wife and I love the barbecue and my son loves the hot dogs. The barbecue is excellent and tops even some of the more famous barbecue joints. They have at least 6 barbecue sauces that my family enjoys trying out each time we come. The new owner always greets us with a smile and is very kind. I can tell the people take pride in working there. The price is great considering how much food you get. I'm looking forward to trying the new wings that they have just started to serve. The wings are oven roasted and not fried which is really nice. It's hard to find a place that oven roast their wings. I think it would be worth your time to try this place out. This is a regular stop for my family throughout the month.”

“First time trying this new place and it was great! Nice inside and easy to read menu above the register made super easy to pick out what the whole family wanted to eat. New flavors of burgers I have never had before as well as chicken. All sides came out as they were cooked so you know they were freshly made and with a side of ranch. Staff came out after bringing the food to check on service and wipe up tables in nice and friendly manner. But to top it all off the bathroom had amenities that my 3 year old could easily reach and wash his hands, instead of half way up the wall like some places. Overall great meal and great service made our first time visiting very nice.”

“This place doesn't have a fancy atmosphere like a lot of the newer Mexican restaurants, and that's how you can tell it's going to have good food. The prices are very reasonable, with many menu items being offered as full or half orders - I like to order half if I'm not starving, or order full and share. The prices are excellent, the food is delicious, and so are the margaritas. The staff is friendly and there's a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere here. This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Dawsonville.”

“This is our GO-TO place to dine. Great home-style cooking and an extensive menu which should satisfy almost everyone. The staff are all so kind and caring and treat customers like family. We usually dine there at least 3 times a week (sometimes more), and have never been disappointed. The value you get for the prices is excellent. Try the home-made cinnamon bun with white icing (heated of course) for a real treat. LOVE THIS PLACE.”

“For as long as I can remember, Taco Mac has been my favorite place to get wings, but everything changed tonight. Spice Wing is so much better and not just food wise, they had very nice staff who made sure we were being treated well and having a good time. But the wings were most definitely the best part of the experience. We got 20 boneless mild wings, and not only did they give us a few extra wings, but they were very generous with how much sauce they put on the wings. But don't worry, if you're someone who doesn't like their wings drenched in sauce, they put the sauce on in a way that keeps about half of them lightly sauced and the others with tons of sauce, so either way you prefer it, you'll be happy. Now for the flavor, I was really hesitant to say they were the best wings I've ever had since Taco Mac holds a special place in my heart, but the more I ate, the harder it was for me to deny the truth. Not only are their wings fresh. crispy and just overall amazing, they have such an amazing flavor without sacrificing the amount of spice. So it is time to say goodbye to any other wings, and hello to Spice Wings. They definitely value speed, quality, quantity, and attitude without jacking up the prices. There are not many places like this around anymore, and I just truly think they are doing an amazing job!”

“I really enjoyed that you can top the pizza anyway you like. The service is not always friendly but at least the pizza is good and consistent. For me it is worth the drive because I like thin crust pizza and I like it crispy and this place always accomplishes both. I like the finishing sauces. Update: went there again yesterday (07/18/19) and we ordered a large salad in addition to pizzas. It was more than enough to feed four people. We also tried the cauliflower crust which was delicious. fourth picture down is the cauliflower crust. Only bad note: The person who made the salad was a bit rude. She was not happy that I asked her to change her gloves. We are vegetarians and she handled meat with the same gloves. I thought my request was very reasonable. Still will be back cause the food is yummy.”

“Loved the steakburgers and the onion rings here! The burgers have a delicious crispy edge to them, and the onion rings reminded me of ones I had as a kid. Unfortunately, the restaurant dining area felt like it needed a good scrub down. The walls had splatter on them, the tables were unclean, and the floors were littered with food. To top it off, we seemed to be busy shooing away house flies and gnats from our meals which further diminished the dining experience. In fact there were gnats flying around the tray as I picked up the good at the pickup counter.”

“We thought by the name it would be a little stop in cafe to get something simple but I guess the word "bistro" can encompass many levels of dining. In this case, it is fine dining. They didn't seem to mind we were not dressed for the price point of that menu. Since we were looking for something light to hold us over till dinner, we split a pork dish with a flavored risotto and were not disappointed. It was a wonderfully prepared meal and enough for both us and not be stuffed. The service was impeccable and we were glad we stayed instead of finding some place cheaper.”
