Excellent, will absolutely come back! Ample parking, super clean, excellent service. Food cooked to order, delicious, fresh, low sodium, nice presentation. Maybe add a sampler plate to the menu? Toum?
Ate at SabaRaba's on Sunday (2175 American Way, Chamblee). Opens at 11 am which is convenient. Free parking is in the apartment building above the shop (GM says ignore the QR instructions, but after several hours you'll be noticed and towed if left overnight).
$30 for 2 plates and a side. We had the beef kebab plate and lamb/beef gyro flatbread plate with a side of baba ganoush. Good flavors, fair portions and bright sunny dining room. Staff was friendly and helpful in explaining menu items.
They just opened so still onboarding staff and working out operations. Owner and GM were onsite to make sure things are done right.
I've been to the one in Sandy Springs and I think they have the best falafel in Atlanta. I was really happy that the location here seems just as good in restaurant form. Looking forward to going back!
Super fresh, and delicious. Wonderful Israeli salad, so fresh and bright flavors. My favorite was the chicken schnitzel it's was crispy and very flavorful. The hummus is amazing especially when I pair it with Israeli pickles. Everything we tried on the menu was wonderful.
Sabaraba is an outstanding Mediterranean restaurant that offers truly authentic cuisine. The falafel platter is fantastic, featuring a generous serving of perfectly cut salad, creamy hummus, flavorful tahini, and numerous delicious falafel balls. Additionally, I highly recommend trying the Malabi dessert—it's an absolute treat!
