“Located in Downtown Decatur, Parker’s on Ponce Offers street parking ( there is also a public parking lot) with a nice stroll to downtown. I took my hubby to dinner for his birthday. He received a card wishing him happy birthday with a complimentary desert. The atmosphere has a nice romantic ambience without being too dark. Our waiter was well attentive. Upon delivery of food, the waitress asked to cut into the steak before leaving to make sure it was cooked to my hubby’s perfection. Parker’s has a wide variety of wine selections! I do wish they had more of a variety of food for picky eaters like myself. $10 for 2 shrimp was a little outrageous. They have a caramilized desert that was so delicious. Mitch the manager came over and introduce himself and asked if we needed anything. The best part was he was assisting the other workers with clean up.”

“Without a doubt, the best restaurant I ate at since I’ve been to Atlanta. I took the chicken skewers with mashed sweet potatoes with honey and orange sauce and fig salad on the side (see photo enclosed). Where to start, very generous amount for very reasonable (if not, very cheap price). The mash potatoes with cinnamon and salad are perfectly seasoned. The sauce to die for and the skewers perfectly cooked. The fig salad contains blue cheese, figs, raisin, and nuts. Once again, the seasoning on point. The chef is to keep. Concerning the staff, they are polite, quiet, helpful without being too much on your back. In addition, the place is clean. It has a good decoration, and nice music in the background while you could still tchat with your friends. I cannot understand why this place is not fully packed on Friday evening. If possible, I would come her everyday (no joke, see before and after photo of my plate ????)!”

“Great food and large size portions... That broth was amazing and steak was super tender. The lemonade I ordered was delicious and my husband enjoyed the bubble tea. The waitress could of been a little more attentive but another came over and services is better. Definitely would recommend for a nice cold day to get some good pho”

“So I tried Sake for the first time here. It was a peach something they weren't making anymore and holy cow it was fantastic. For that reason that is about all I remember.....5 stars out of 5”

“Good place for lunch and some drinks. The drinks are amazing and the biggest reason to go to be honest. The food is ok even if the menu is small and slightly restrictive. I probably would not recommend dinner any time on the weekends because this place gets insanely packed (like wall to wall packed) you will most likely have to wait for a table and the service can be really up and down. I’ve made the mistake and have waited 30-45 min in the shoulder to shoulder area near the bar. Fries are great and some great dipping sauces for them and the glass of bacon is always a hit for anyone I bring here.”

“Flavors and presentation is really authentic and on point. Ambiance and decor is beautiful. Really has a beautiful italian romance vibe for date night or things like that. Great drink list with creative cocktails. Husband loves their meatball appetizer. Wish there was more vegetarian options though besides like one pasta and one pizza dish. Italian food is so versatile and there’s so many delicious authentic vegetarian Italian dishes (never had a hard time finding any food in Italy). Not sure why the chef/owner kept it off their menu tho. Would definitely come here more often.”

“This place is a nice to go to place on a date. I enjoy the privacy in the booth area. Of course the onion rings are good. The fresh cut pickles they give as you wait is refreshing. I return to the location in Decatur because I like the setting.”

“This is our absolute favorite restaurant. The food is amazing, the servers are top notch, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It’s family run with tried and true recipes that they’ve perfected. Highly recommend the pinchitos as a main course and the Gambas as an appetizer.”

“The Pinewood has become a new favorite recently. I'm loving the special events and new wine list - tonight was the Bubbles and Booze, which was a lot of fun! Terrific, attentive service as usual. We also went for brunch last Sunday and thought it was fantastic, with creative takes on classic favorites, like French toast with smoked syrup. I love that you can order family-style. If you go for dinner, get the chicken and dumplings - you won't be disappointed!”

“I eat here often when I'm in Decatur, and love everything about it. Here's what my 11-year-old son had to say: THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. Sweet Melissa's is a crazy breakfast joint run by hippies. And I LOVE IT. Let me start off with the service. Our server was awesome. She treated us like humans, not customers. It was obvious she was not being nice because her boss told her to be nice, and just wasn't fake. Next: The FOOD. *Inhales* IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!! *Exhales* Their scrambled eggs are to die for, they are just so good. And the pancakes are even better. Yogurt is baked in, giving them a small boost in yumminess. And the hot cocoa--it's more of a dessert than a drink. It's served in a GIANT mug with TONS of whipped cream and CHOCOLATE CHIPS! Conclusion: eat at Sweet Melissa's.”

“Received great service with my colleagues today for lunch celebrating a new promotion. Our server Ana was the BEST! She took very good care of us gave us all of her attention. They need more Ana’s because at one point we stopped coming due to horrible service with larger groups, but now we are looking forward to returning and requesting her.”

“If I could eat here every night I would. Great food, warm and served with a smile. They are so busy that sometimes they don’t have certain items that I want but it’s still good. Great place that I’ll definitely frequent.”

“A really nice smaller music venue! As far as food, I have ordered in the music area a couple of times (not yet in the main restaurant) and it's been very good (bar type fare). My experience with their service has also been excellent. Parking is pretty easy too. It is limited out front, but a parking garage is only about about a block away (free exit after 6pm). Find an artist or genre that you like and you'll have a great time!”

“Amazing place with great food, nice decor and a very sweet staff. The service is fast and there is plenty of parking around. The food is fusion Indian style with some creative menu items. “Service is awesome, large variety of healthy food at great prices! Have never been disappointed and the salad bar is the best by far of any!! Highly recommend and if you have kids they have a great kids menu that is fun and healthy for kids. I go there at least 2 to 3 times a week. Love, love Jason's!!”

“Heaven for Egg Lovers. Food is so delicious, and also the punjabi food dishes are good too. Taste is just like back home. Their Lapeti is the best of the menu. Staff is very friendly and service is really good. Restaurant opened like 2 weeks ago, and already been there twice, and great experience both times. MUST RECOMMENDED.”

“This place is awesome. Ive been going to the location on Buford highway for a long time, and have always loved it. This location is much closer to where i live, which makes things much easier. The menu however is slightly different from the Buford location, but not in a bad way. They seem to have taken the favorites from the other locations and put them here too. Also, don't be fooled by the name. The 24 is their branding from back when they had the one location. This location is not 24 hours. You also can't order small soups to go.”

“My mom loves this place, and when I saw a coupon for this restaurant, I was excited for us to go. We really enjoyed the food, although I haven’t actually tried any of the Japanese food here. The Chinese dishes are nice. The sesame chicken is good and crunchy with a thick sauce. I like the idea of making your own noodle bowl as well. I personally do not like the drink menu here, but to each his own. We used the coupon at checkout, and there ended up being some confusion about the gratuity being added in—our waiter corrected the situation, and I really appreciate that. It’s that sort of thing that makes a big difference to me as a customer. Just wanted to leave a nice review as a little shoutout as a thank you!”

“7-20-19 - Wanted some pizza, and looked at several places, but decided on Mellow Mushroom. We wanted to try a different location, so this one was it. Parking could be tricky on a busy day. We were seated right away. Most people sat outside, we indeed up inside. We were seated right away. Ordered beverages, regular Enlightening Salad, and two large Mighty Meaty pizzas. Service was good. The first pizza didn't have the toppings piled on high like we were use to, but the second one made up for it. Nice ambience and the waiter kept the drinks and good service coming. Nice location, and we would be back.”

“Always good subs fast... Jimmy John's offers a fairly large menu with large sandwiches standard (8"). I personally like the #9 the best with their (strong) salt and vinegar chips. They list on their menu many free extras vs the ones you'd pay for, my favorite of those is the whole pickle and various sauces. This particular location has fast friendly service and is clean. Additionally the signs on the walls are fun to read.”
