“Look no further than Best BBQ for the best authentic Cantonese style restaurant around, it's in their name after all, albeit BBQ is not what you'd expect. Dim sum is available around the clock, made per order just like in Hong Kong. If you're looking for a fancy place to impress a date, this ain't it. If you're looking for someone to explain what exactly is in a certain dish or if they have vegan options or brown rice, this ain't it. What it is, is a fantastic place to re-imagine what it was to travel to the far east where people speak in a different language you don't understand, and just enjoy the bustling of chefs making really good Chinese food. The pictures on the wall are for you to be a little adventurous and to give something new a try. America needs more local mom and pop places like this to bring the best cultural experience back.”

“One meal here and I'm officially making it my new favorite restaurant... Mamak is INCREDIBLE! Their food is so fresh and delicious, their staff is so sweet, and I could eat here every day if possible. Would absolutely recommend anything with their signature curry, especially the curry pies. “Do yourself a favor and eat here all the time. The chicken sandwich is fantastic, so crunchy, super good sauce. But it’s all about the fries. FANTASTIC FRIES. The owner said they have live music on the weekends and a jam on Wednesdays. Also, everyone who works there was super nice. Will be returning for the fries all the time.”

“I stopped at BBQ Cafe for the first time yesterday - it will not be the last. The pulled pork was very good but I’m here to rave about the Brunswick stew, it is phenomenal! I’m picky about my stew, and this took me back to childhood. It’s as delicious as my Nanny & Mother used to make, and their cornbread is perfection. I’m ready for more stew! An added bonus is the (mostly) biodegradable take-out packaging.”

“I love their freshly grounded coffee and baked pumpkin loaf break. Their barista Dessa was so helpful in helping us decide what to get. Vegan fruit bowl was great. We decided on the chocolate açaí fruit bowl. You also need to try their jams, they're to die for. You cannot go wrong on what ever you order from here. Order online, Uber eats, or door dash if you can't make it over. You will love everything from here.”
