“Great, great, great gyros. Try the lamb one. My husband and I go 3 times a week and get the 2 for $6 special and I get the potato cakes. I love love love this Arby's. They also have some twins that work there that are so cute and very friendly. This place is always clean, great great customer service, fast service fine in and drive thru. I’ve been to a few places in the Atlanta market and this establishment has won me over and I shall return. “Most of the time the service here is great. Upon this visit, there was no sugar or black tea minus earl grey. Asked the lady tending to coffee if there is any, at the same time about 4 customers are trying to find sugar. Lady dismisses everyone as if she could care less. She does say the truck containing items is there but does so in a manner as if she will do it when she wants to, instead filling coffee that didn't need filled at that moment. All the while there is sugar by the soft drinks ( i found this out cause I was putting ice in my tea). This lady is has no customer satisfaction skills. We apologized for talking with someone about it. She had no emotion, or regard. If I return I will bring my own goods. As the issues could have been resolved and understood if she showed any interest in providing a cornerstone that ALOT of customers need to enjoy a cup of joe.”
