“The good: the donuts were fresh, flavorful, and a great variety. The bad: the coffee. Nothing more disappointing than to take a bite of an amazing donut and wash it down with coffee that tastes like this. They either need to clean the coffee machine, filter their water, change their coffee grind, or all of the above. Friendly staff with counter service as well as a drive through. I'll be back for the donuts, but the coffee I will get elsewhere.”

“SUCH a good coffee shop! We got a chai tea latte and a caramel hazelnut mocha both iced and both amazing!! The muffin tops are a must try and the bagel came so fresh we had to let it cool down. “After a friend went through the drive thru a few days ago and picked up some coffee and donuts,. I had to go back for coffee creamer.. Thank you Sarah for helping with that.. She handed me a small handful of creamer, I politely asked for another small handful. Her co-worker, said that it was too much and you had to buy something.. Apparently, he didn't realize that I had been in a vehicle that had gone through the drive thru 15-20 min prior.. I forgive the man, not a very big deal at all, I've already forgotten his name. I remember her name because she did the right thing, from a business perspective. In the future just ask next time if something was left out of an order maybe before assuming a purchase wasn't made at some point prior.. , it was just a we-little-bit embarrassing.”

“I love going to dunkin to work on school work. The employees are always really respectful and try not to be very loud when i am concentrated. The tables are always clean and comfortable. When i dont go in and instead go through the drive through they are always fast and respectful. I recommend their blueberry mini donuts with their iced coffee. If i am feeling a less sugary breakfast then i get those bagels with bacon and eggs. Those are really tasty.”

However my bagel was very hard and I got a vanilla iced decaf and it was way too sweet and u couldn't even taste the coffee. The lady that made my coffee did try and fix it by adding cream but coffee would have been the better option. Like I already said though, it was a good clean store and everyone was very nice.”

“We all know McDonald's food isn't especially good for you but as far as McDonald's goes, this one is the best I've ever been to (no exaggeration). The place is super clean inside & out. Bad management tends to make employees unhappy & it's reflected in attitude & service (NOT DESCRIBING THIS STORE). I didn't see anyone that looked like management on this visit but the person that served me was friendly (like he was glad to be there; he also calculated my change without relying on the register) & fast. My custom cheeseburger came quickly & accurately. I had to ask for the fries to be topped off because they were a bit low.”

At least the food always turns out correct and the staff is semi friendly they always seem to have a negative attitude there maybe not in what they say but body language is everything. When you look slumped over at the register and you take 10 minutes to count $3 in quarters. And it seems like they're hard at hearing it took me repeating my order three times before the one understood what I was saying and I am fairly easy to understand I've never had anyone tell me I have an accent or it's hard to hear you or anything like that I'm very vocal I talk a lot and I talk clearly maybe it's because I talk so clearly and so fast that people aren't used to it maybe they're used to mumble.
