“The good: the donuts were fresh, flavorful, and a great variety. The bad: the coffee. Nothing more disappointing than to take a bite of an amazing donut and wash it down with coffee that tastes like this. They either need to clean the coffee machine, filter their water, change their coffee grind, or all of the above. Friendly staff with counter service as well as a drive through. I'll be back for the donuts, but the coffee I will get elsewhere.”

“SUCH a good coffee shop! We got a chai tea latte and a caramel hazelnut mocha both iced and both amazing!! The muffin tops are a must try and the bagel came so fresh we had to let it cool down. “I have literally been here twice within 15 hrs and I already love it! My GPS rerouted me on the way to visit a friend and took the opportunity to pass by Mochinut to bring them a treat. They loved it!! Then I passed by next morning (Thanksgiving) to bring a dozen for our dinner (& grabbed a Thai tea for myself). The place is so cute and clean, the staff is SO kind, and most importantly the mochinuts are so delicious and pretty!! I love this place. Would love one in the Smyrna/Marietta area.”

“After a friend went through the drive thru a few days ago and picked up some coffee and donuts,. I had to go back for coffee creamer.. Thank you Sarah for helping with that.. She handed me a small handful of creamer, I politely asked for another small handful. Her co-worker, said that it was too much and you had to buy something.. Apparently, he didn't realize that I had been in a vehicle that had gone through the drive thru 15-20 min prior.. I forgive the man, not a very big deal at all, I've already forgotten his name. I remember her name because she did the right thing, from a business perspective. In the future just ask next time if something was left out of an order maybe before assuming a purchase wasn't made at some point prior.. , it was just a we-little-bit embarrassing.”

I believe it was the manager who offered to remake it but I declined just asking for more cream and caramel. Then the manager had Debbie (cashier) offer me a free donut.
