“The good: the donuts were fresh, flavorful, and a great variety. The bad: the coffee. Nothing more disappointing than to take a bite of an amazing donut and wash it down with coffee that tastes like this. They either need to clean the coffee machine, filter their water, change their coffee grind, or all of the above. Friendly staff with counter service as well as a drive through. I'll be back for the donuts, but the coffee I will get elsewhere.”

“Had an order pickup today, my first time at this store. I’m a sub snob and am brand loyal to Lenny’s, but it was raining and cold and thought I’d try out Jersey Mikes because it was close. The store was clean. The 2 people working were efficient and friendly. A worker asked a customer standing there if he was waiting on an online order (nice and proactive!). My sub was ready on time, my order was accurate and very good. I would’ve preferred a bit more meat for such an expensive sandwich (Lenny’s meat:bread ratio is perfect). But overall it was a good experience, especially from a customer service perspective.”

“As a huge Jersey Mike's fan, it breaks my heart to have to give this new location 3/5 stars. I ordered online (about an hour ahead of my selected pickup time). The order was ready on time and was correct. I'm very disappointed with the "Mike's Famous Philly" Cheesesteak. I ordered a giant size for $15.99. Meat. Cheese. Onions. Peppers. The sandwich was mostly bread. There was a lot less meat than I was expecting (pictured below). The onions/peppers were nearly non-existent (pictured below). And for some reason, Jersey Mike's uses American cheese instead of, say, provolone in their cheese steaks. (provolone is available for all of their cold subs). I also ordered a regular cheesesteak in a wrap. The juices bled through and made the thing very sloppy (no biggie though) To be fair, the meat in the cheesesteaks had a great flavor. Finally, I ordered a regular #13 Italian sub. No complaints here on that. I couldn't add olives online... not sure if they just don't offer those, or if they weren't listed (again no biggie) (pictured below) Upon pickup, staff was friendly. The dining area was clean. I love that you can see everything (even the hot orders) prepped and made in front of you. I still enjoy Mike's Italian subs (plenty of fresh meats, provolone, and other fixins), but I wouldn't recommend coming here for their cheesesteak family of menu items 3/5 stars”

“I have literally been here twice within 15 hrs and I already love it! My GPS rerouted me on the way to visit a friend and took the opportunity to pass by Mochinut to bring them a treat. They loved it!! Then I passed by next morning (Thanksgiving) to bring a dozen for our dinner (& grabbed a Thai tea for myself). The place is so cute and clean, the staff is SO kind, and most importantly the mochinuts are so delicious and pretty!! I love this place. Would love one in the Smyrna/Marietta area.”

“It's very rare that I give anyone or any business a 5 because I generally believe that there's always room for improvement or at least everyone should always strive for more, but these guys are awesome! I arrived last night, 5-10 minutes before closing. They were in the process of cleaning up. I didn't do this on purpose. I was on my way home from a meeting and had not had dinner yet and I was hungry. They stopped what they were doing to make me a great sandwich, without an attitude. I have always loved Jersey Mike's ever since they first opened in GA and this one was as good, if not better than any location that I have been in, but these people were definitely GREAT! You can choose to add a protein from at least 7 different options plus breads and soups. A "Tea bar" with 6-7 different teas and lemonades to enjoy with your amazing salad. The staff was very attentive, eager to serve and explain the concept. This is such a unique twist on the "old" salad bar and the owner seemed very involved behind the "bar". Everything was clean and was running very smooth during dinner hour. This is a great addition to our county and we can't wait to visit again!”
