“The atmosphere was nice enough but the smell was unpleasant. The food was horrible. I have never had worse lamb. It tasted as if it had been soaking in St. Simon's terribly treated public water. The spinach tasted about the same and my mashed potatoes tasted as if they were out of a box of instant potatoes. My girlfriend's meal was similar. Her shrimp tasted unclean or dirty. Her steak was seasoned poorly, was dry, and also tasted like the public water. Overall, the experience was terrible. We immediately went to Tramici's in an attempt to rectify the evening. On a better note, the service was quite good and the waiter pleasant.”

“This was my first visit and I must say I was pretty impressed. I was greeted warmly and asked about my Build a Bear kids too, without feeling judged. It made me smile and feel welcomed that they got included in my experience. It was so cozy, decorated perfectly for Christmas ! The service was fast and my "Grinch" drink was tart and tangy. I will definitely be returning to try more drinks and especially the shakes. The prices are around $7 a drink, but considering the service, it was well worth it. I'd rather choose this option over Starbucks to support local business. I recommend this place for fast and friendly service and all around good vibes. Check it out!”

After that, the manager was running around crazy trying to serve and take orders. Food was mediocre at best. Ordered the French onion soup, it was tasty! The Caesar salad came and had 4 small pieces of overcooked shrimp. Croutons were really good. The rest of the party seemed to enjoy their food. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there again. Better food on the island without having to drive to the north end!”

“New place tucked in a residential neighborhood. Small seating area, but quick with takeout orders. We tried the LA burrito platter and two different types of tacos to take with us to enjoy at the local beer garden. Even 15 minutes later, everything was still warm, fresh and tasty. The beans were exceptional as well. Freshly made tortilla chips were included. So addictive. Great prices and huge menu. We wanted to try the soup, but they were out. Definitely want to get back to try one of their large platters to share. So good and worth a visit.”
