Great service. The girls were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and their smoothies were super.

I love this location as it is right by my job and convenient, however the current staff are not as good as the faces Im used to seeing. I don’t go on a daily basis but I go enough to recognize a staff change. However today I had an annoying experience. I ordered via phone on my way so that I could avoid waiting for my food to be prepared as I was running late. I let the girl on the phone know I’m about 5 minutes from them. I get there and notice there were a few other people waiting which is fine. I pay and now I’m waiting for my food to be handed to me. I’m waiting about 10minutes and notice it’s taking longer than I expected. Look up and everyone is refilling things and talking and not even paying attention to me waiting. I’m looking directly at these workers so they can get the hint that i haven’t gotten my food yet. Another 10 minutes goes by before one employee asks if I’ve been helped.... I tell her my meal and of course it’s been sitting on top of a shelf. 20 minutes.....on top of the fact that they did not prepare the kale salad with it so now I’m waiting for that. Smh. I’m a little disappointed as this is the first time I’ve had a problem there. I feel like the younger the staff is getting, the lazier and more relaxed the environment is getting. Great restaurant, employees need to pay more attention.

This place was great! I would recommend that everybody should try this place st least once. I'll definitely go back.

There has not been a time where I did not receive exemplary customer service from this location. The staff is amazing. They have been very accommodating, I am currently on crutches and have to use their drive thru daily. My smoothie is always ready and I am always greeted so pleasantly. Shout out to Gray/Grey (not sure of the spelling), she is super sweet and kind. I had a "Get well soon, from the TropTeam" message on my smoothie today, I almost cried. It reminded me of the good in people. You guys are amazing.

The food is off the chain and they hire young people too! Looking for a job and your 15+ go there! The people are super nice. Totally recommended
