Knuckle’s Sandwich Shop is a small dine-in sandwich shop in Dahlonega Square, and in my opinion, the best restaurant in Dahlonega! Knuckles puts the customer first and prioritizes their needs, to ensure the best experience possible. The shop provides quality food and great serving sizes! The atmosphere really comes from the wait staff and chef’s being very joyful and efficient. While their shop lacks decor and themes, they make it up with their inexpensive subs and great customer service. If you’re looking for a quick and cheap dine-in experience, Knuckles is the place to go.

Had the Cuban, and the roast beef and cheddar. Both were delicious. Highly recommend if you are in Dahlonega. Service was awesome too.

Ordered cuban and pastrami sandwiches as well as coleslaw and potato salad. Sandwiches were good, and a decent size which you would expect for $8. SIdes were bad. Cole slaw was inedible, tasted like it was a week old and had gone bad. Potato salad had no flavor. Having owned and run a sandwich shop for many years, I can offer some suggestions. Don't skimp on the cheap stuff. $2 for a couple bites of coleslaw is ridiculous. It costs less than a $1 to make a pound of coleslaw. Same with potato salad, $3 for same couple bites is a rip off. Keep it fresh, not worth serving old stuff in order not to waste food. People know it is old and you lose customers. If you want to be a sandwich shop you have to do the classics, like corned beef and reubens. Find a good jewish corned beef. It is a must for any sandwich shop. Get an actual website. Facebook page is not very business like as your only web presence. Websites are not that expensive. Until this place matures, stick to their one good sandwich (Cuban) and avoid the sides.

The best sandwich I have ever had! My go-to is the Cuban, but I’ve heard from others that the French onion soup sandwich is really good too! Friendly staff, good prices, and yummy tea. My only gripe is that they aren’t open every day! Seriously, if you visit or live in Dahlonega, you HAVE to go to Knuckle’s.
