“Awesome place to visit with the kids. Guy named Jeff came out to greet us. Gave us some bread to feed the animals. He even gave us a tour on the gator. The donkey was really friendly too and and didn't want us to leave. Was able to pick some strawberries, which tasted like heaven. They also have BBQ but we just ate so didn't try that. Will definitely be back. Thanks Jeff for the great experience my kids will never forget.”

As much as we love our Don Julio tequila.. the freshly made guacamole, tacos, and margarita ice cream was absolutely delicious! “Food was amazing and the service was spectacular. I took our of town company for dinner and we all enjoyed our meals immensely and my leftovers were divine. The menu has a wide selection for spicy and not spicy. The fried chicken was yummy and I didn't eat the gravy it was great with nothing on it. The seafood was fresh and a large portion for the price. “We stopped in for a quick lunch bite. I had a burger and added the Gouda pimento cheese. I would have liked for there to have been a little more pimento cheese but it was delicious. I asked for my burger to be cooked medium. It was a little "pinker" than I would have preferred but it was delicious. The fries are awesome. My son had the loaded fries for his lunch. The bite I had was yummy. Our server was courteous and attentive. The place is very interesting and we will come back in the evening when we can enjoy the adult beverages. There was no wait when we arrived. The servers were very attentive. Parking is plentiful and just down the street. I can't wait to come back and enjoy an adult beverage!”

“Shoney's is by far one of the best restaurants for American food. This particular store has been renovated and is very clean and cozy. The buffet was fantastic the night we went. They had all you can eat breakfast and dinner going. My husband ordered a burger off the menu and it was a big burger, but what made me smile was the little American flag tooth pick right in the middle. The details into their food and service are comforting and classic.”

“In short, good food but unnecessarily long wait time. I was 4th in line and it took 30 minutes to order and have my food to go. I ordered the chicken hibachi only. The odd thing was that they were handing out people’s orders in random order. Some people that ordered before me didn’t get there food by the time I did, while lots of people who ordered after us got their food before us. The food was good, nothing special, but good. A nice option in an area filled with mostly fast food places. Expect to pay about $9 for a meal without any add-ons or drinks. Though many people get drinks next door at the gas station. The location is attached to a gas station and feels like a hole in the wall diner. Would I eat here again? Probably if I lived around here. But the wait time felt a bit silly for fried rice, chicken, and some veggies.”
