“I was last here with my youngest child about 2 months ago. We were running errands and wanted to grab gas and a cheap snack. Staff was very friendly. Bathrooms were clean. We grabbed a few hot dogs, a drink and a muffin. The outdoor tables were perfect. Great place to stop and refuel the car and ourselves!”

“The servers are always very nice but the food is hit or miss. The turkey bacon is typically overcooked and the silverware is always dirty with water spots and finger prints. I did express my concern to my server who was very apologetic and sincere. The kids love it here, so for them I come back, but I just wish management would adapt a better policy in cleaning the utensils and please cut the air down. A dining experience is best enjoyed without everyone sitting around in their Parkas.”

“A fresh "fofofo" always hits the spot in the clutch! Only 4 stars because originally, one of my chicken nuggets looked like it was having a baby and still not fully cooked on one side. They should have picked up on that before potentially having a guest eat some ish like that. They kindly replaced nuggets and all was well.”

“The server was Kenny and he was great! My husband's flos fillet was drowning in prairie dust, way too much! I ordered the soup and pecan and strawberry salad with ranch, my salad was soaked in raspberry vinaigrette which I told Kenny was apologetic and replaced my salad immediately. Food was good, the dining area and restrooms were clean! We had a wonderful evening there!”

“Place was packed on a Saturday afternoon understandably so. Cashier was friendly but spoke so fast. Another girl who works here I guess really didn't want to be here. She had such an attitude. I asked her for something simple and she wasn't in the mood to help. I get it... sometimes we have our days. The ice maker was running low and she came over with her attitude to fix the machine, but while she heading to the machine she gave people dirty looks, looking them up and down like "get out my way" kind of attitude. She seemed to be having a hard time being at work today. Hopefully I don't have to come back, but if I do, I'll make sure she's not there on that day. Don't like posting negative stuff about people since we all need a job, but her attitude should be better.”

“Last Friday night was our first time at Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q. I was blown away! Our server, Savannah was beyond amazing. Knowing it was our first time eating here she gave us a real quick history of how Jim 'N Nick's came about. She was so professional and sweet our whole visit; her smile was contagious. The restaurant was very busy, but we didn't have to wait to be seated, or wait very long on our order. The entire experience, and food was hands down 5 stars. We even got a piece of pie (of our choice) on the house for being first timers.”
