The ladies at the counter all provided pleasant and friendly customer service, especially Victoria. She's also knowledgeable about the features of each machine and the nuances of each coffee flavors. And since I'm a newbie to the use of this product line, I appreciated Victoria's patience with answering my endless set of questions. The best part is one can also get a taste of the coffee before committing to a purchase. What a treat! I highly recommend getting your espresso fix from this place.”
