“This place is nice to go to when it’s a late night out or just grabbing quick food for the trip home. I got the slaw dog and fries. I also tried other peoples food such as the chili dog and onion rings. Everything tasted decent. Out of all the food tried the onion rings were excellent & I really enjoyed the peach pie also.”

“Came here for the first time, and got the Serious Meat pizza. This pizza was amazing. I haven't done thin crust pizza in a good while, but this would bring me back. I love that the toppings go all the way to the edge of the pizza. Everything tasted fresh, from the sauce, to the cheese, to the meats. That was refreshing for them to be a chain. Pizza was ordered online, and was ready in 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly as well. They have a small, free parking lot also. I'll be back many times in the future.”

“Ordered a large a lot of meat and it didn’t disappoint. The sauce to cheese ratio was just right and they were very generous with their meats. I’m from IL and I’ve had my share of Gino’s East, Giordano’s, and Lou Malnati’s and Nancy’s is up there. The only downside is the wait. They only do carry out or delivery. For carry out, they give you an estimate of approximately 35 minutes. My wait was more like 50 minutes. Granted, their website does say it’s just an estimate.”

“The manager, JaTelle, deserves a raise yall. She went above and beyond for me tonight even with all the obstacles she encountered along the way. She was so so polite and very friendly! Her driver had an emergency and when I called to check on the status as I noticed it was taking a little longer than usual (this store is generally pretty quick), she informed me of the situation to which I completely understood because stuff happens. You can't control everything and we need to be a lot nicer to people in the food industry/companies in general. They're doing their best. “Not bad, but for $15 for a sandwich and fries I was expecting outstanding. I was hoping for a crispy crunchy exterior and juicy on the inside but the outside wasn't crispy but was juicy on the inside. It's kind of like a bigger version of the CFA spicy chicken, where the spiciness is powdery but with more kick. I opted for coleslaw on the side so I could taste just the sandwich. With the coleslaw it was much better but killed the spiciness. I still prefer Popeye's or even the BK Spicy Ch'king. The fries were amazing though. I tried level 'hot' and will go up to extra hot next time. Always willing to give a place a couple of tries.”

“This was our first time here and it was slow at the time. The server was quick to say hello and take our drink order. We started with the garlic knots but they were not very garlicky. My wife had a pepperoni calazone which was good but had a little to much ricotta cheese. I had the hot wings and they were yummy. We tried a cannoli for dessert, it was chocolate dipped and was excellent! Overall the service was great but some if the food items were lacking enough flavor.”
