Mexico Restaurant

I came on “Taco Tuesday” for the $2.50 deal but decided against after discovering they’re real small corn tortillas with just meat and no toppings. Since my date already received his drink (which he didn’t like) I decided to order the Tostada Ranchero and boy was I pleasantly surprised when a large plate filled to the brim showed up. The food taste as good as it look. My date ordered the beef fajita and his order looked just as good.

Overall if you want delicious food I recommend this place but maybe get your drink at a bar or don’t order the fancier margarita.

Always have enjoyed the good food here. Now I have discovered the Hawaiian-Mexican fusion kalua pork crispy tacos with roasted pineapple I have a new obsession. And staff is always friendly and accommodating. Thanks!

Not as good as I remember it from last year. The first few sips of the mango margarita were good, nice stiff pour....until I spotted a small ant in the glass. The drink was replaced with apologies and without question. In a tropical climate insects do happen.
In my opinion, the salsa left a lot to be desired. It is probably made in house, but tasted more like store bought; thick and no cilantro.

Great experience! My husband and I had an 8 hour layover in Oahu so we rented a car to explore Honolulu. This restaurant was fabulous! I loved the atmosphere, the décor was super cute. Our service was very courteous and recommended some great drinks! The food was delicious, would highly recommend to anyone needing a quick bite craving home style Mexican food!

Good Mexican, not great. There is an amazing Mexican place in Kaneohe that I was constantly comparing this place to so I was a little disappointed. However, the atmosphere is so much fun. It’s very authentic, had live music, the staff was friendly and the service was fairly quick. There is complimentary chips and salsa, and there is a wide variety of options. I would like to go back and try something else. I had the tostada salad and my husband had the California burrito. Their pork is very flavorful and delicious. That was my favorite thing I tried. Prices are reasonable and portions are huge!
