Shichimusubi

We were so excited to find this little spot. Like $2.70 for one of these bad boys. a great happy hour special too. Reminded me of Japan with Hawaiian flare. We had a Spam one. So good. Hit the spot.

Good tasting, varieties of food items. They aren’t extraordinarily good tasting, but what I would expect them to taste like. I deducted a star for the price. I feel that they are bit too expensive for what you get.

This is BEST rice I have ever tasted in my life. Yes, I am reviewing RICE. They have signs that promote seven heaven or qualities of their rice and their rice is indeed heavenly. This of course makes these musubis the best ones I have ever had.

I would travel all the way to Waikiki anywhere in the world just to have this rice. They are that good. Each grain of rice is separate and not mushy or sticky. They slide off each other in my mouth and I can taste each grain. I bought a few for next morning and they tasted just as good right out of the fridge. Try doing that with your own cooked rice.

Such delicious musubi. My favorite is the salmon ikura. Perfect for a quick snack or a lunch with multiple choices. Made fresh and the staff is so courteous.
