Roosters Tavern on the Green (Lakeview Bar and Grill)

A very chill and welcoming atmosphere surrounds you as you walk in and grab a seat. They have a full menu and drinks from the bar. The food was great, the portions were big and the price was good. This is a nice place to relax and have a meal or a drink after hitting some golf balls into the lake or doing the whole course. They also sell golf accessories, rent out golf carts…and will even let you borrow a set of clubs! Good times. I give ‘em a whopping five stars!

I'm rather biased about Roosters tavern on the green it's at the Lakeview golf course in meridian and I'm the kitchen manager and chef we do a lot of banquets at this time of year. We have a full menu and do daily food specials and every Friday night we have prime rib dinner 👍😁

I have lived in the Cherry Lane subdivision for almost 8 years. I live off the 17th tee. I don't golf so I was not aware of the gem that we have in our neighborhood. If like a French Dip, then I suggest getting that. We also got the sampler platter. Wow, the food was great. We ate on the patio overlooking the driving range and pond. The atmosphere the service and the food was all worth every penny. We might have to make this a weekly thing.
