Janitzio Mexican Cuisine Restaurant

It befuddles me how a wretched company like McDonald's can be so successful and an AMAZING gem like this restaurant remains hidden. The people, the food, and the genuine atmosphere here are absolutely priceless and worth more than all of McDonald's stock combined!!! Absolutely delicious food.

I loved the chill vibe on a Friday night. My food was so yummy!

Enjoyed our meal & thankful for young man waiting on us that helped us w/our choices. Very friendly, patient & helpful! Of several times we've been there, food was always de-lish & we love that it's a family-owned place to eat. We'll be back. 🙂

I order the pollo borrache. It was super good. It was something I’ve never had before and it was pretty spicy. Chips and salsa aren’t free.

Among the best places in the treasure Valley before the family environment of being owned and operated and all recipes authentic freshly made and unique to the cultural background of Janitzio And what did it for me was the Coke machine with Mexican drinks and of course it’s stored tortillas hot sauce and other items which only a family-owned business would have out front, Coming from a family owned business and making the food along with taking the orders at the age of 14 helping out the family business I was just part of what we needed to do And so when I look for authenticity I’ll look for those key elements and you will not be disappointing when you try this place out if you know real Mexican food
