The Twisted Fig

I love this hidden gem in Indian Creek Plaza. From the happy and helpful cashier (owner) and staff, this was worth every penny! The sandwiches, salads, chips (Purple Sea Salt Potatoes) and drinks are perfection. Delicious, fresh. We will be coming here frequently.

The wife and I are always excited to try new places :). We've been really impressed with the caliber of restaurants that are coming into thy Caldwell area.

This restaurant had a great selection and there were several items that we wanted to try 😋.

We ultimately got the special which was a spicy fig sandwich and then the Italian Variant. These were both really good and we loved the fresh and quality ingredients.

The setting is a nice little hole in the wall with some boutique shops in the complex area, and so it was fun to eat and walk around.

This place has the best food. It is packed full of flavor and it won't disappoint. There are a TON of vegan options as well. The soups are all homemade. I had a delicious salad with an apple butter vinaigrette.

I had lunch here and it was amazing. We got the Be Still My Heart and the Fallin for Brie with the Cajun Chili.

The Be Still My Heart was the perfect balance of sweet, spicy and rich. My photo does not do it justice. I am honestly sad I am just visiting cause this would be added to my top list of sandwich shops if I was local.

We also got an order of their Pie Bites. They where perfectly sweetened and not overpowering. Which is just what I like.

Their team was very kind and we enjoyed exploring all the shops around after we ate.

Also, the trivia was a fun challenge while we ate.

Defiantly saving this place for next time I am passing through. And if your looking for a good place to try that has bold unique flavors I say give them a try.

Tried this place for lunch the other day and the wife and I were amazed. I forgot to get their names, but I think they were the owners. They were fantastic very friendly and inviting. The sandwiches we got were incredible the flavor was out of this world. Highly recommend trying this place out. Sorry the new pic was only half the sandwich, I was so hungry I forgot lol. But the sandwich was absolutely amazing. Robert thank you for being so awesome.
