Chef Dave is a master story teller, who delights you with snippets of events of a very colorful past, which all culminates in the passion of food which he presents in each course before you. The night is an experience, with food, wine and laughter, leave your preconceptions in the parking lot to get the full experience, it is lively and each person on Dave's team are characters, all very unique and diverse, what a great team they share.

In between courses there is intermissions in which to interact with other guests by the fire or play a game of shuffleboard or foosball upstairs, to linger and lounge is light and surely adds an element of connection to the evening.

The food, each course is presented exquisitely and the attention to detail is precise, all done so fluidly you barely notice the placemats change three times during your dining experience🌟

All I can say that doesn't speak for itself, is you must try this, you won't be anything but delited completely. The pictures are of most of the 13 courses we experienced tonight, all simply yummy, all paired with wines from every region of the world, if your fortunate enough to dine with Dave and his team, it will be a lucky nite indeed...enjoy 💚

This place is amazing! Not just the food being top notch, the variation is cooking methods, different proteins, textrures, and flavors, and wine pairings are outstanding.

I have a seafood allergy and they took that into consideration and gave me substitutes when needs. My favorite dish was actually one of these subs (pictured)!

This experience was the best! The entire staff made the experience unlike anything I have experienced before and my husband and I have traveled the world as self-proclaimed “foodies” I am still reeling from our dinner last night. Wow! David is a culinary master and living just ten minutes from this gem is another reason we are proud of our little city! Sarah M I adore you! You made our experience even that more special! We are your newest cousins and truly feel like part of the family.

A wonderful date night with the ladies! So much fun trying new foods and they were very accommodating as I am pregnant and provided lemonade and cooked my ahi tuna so I could enjoy it. 🎉💝.
