Sweet Lou's Restaurant and Tap House

Our first visit to a new restaurant was great!
I was unable to eat prior to my lab test & was starving. Our waitress quickly brought us a bucket of the best fries. We also had turkey club sandwiches.
Our waitress and the cook checked on us multiple times. Great service! Will be back soon! Great addition to Athol.

Amazing lunch for the two of us. I had the Tailgate burger and my wife got the Cuban sandwich. Both were perfectly prepared and came standard with a pile of delicious, seasoned, crispy fries. The restaurant is sparkling clean and brand new looking and can seat many patrons with generous-sized dining room, bar, and covered patio seating areas. I'm not sure why we had previously primarily associated SL's with BBQ as there really isn't a prominent association with menu choices. We will be back!

Great atmosphere! Wonderful service! The food was amazing. The bison ribs were cooked to perfection! Our server Kerry really went above and beyond! I highly recommend this place!

He pretzel and cheese was huge, I liked the fresh veggies added to the cheese.
The peach basil freeze... ask for that drink, no basil add strawberry, by far way better! Pictured is the basil version, but after a taste I asked for an update and the bartender gave me her special blend not on the menu. So worth it!

Great food, excellent selection, something for everyone. I enjoyed the shrimp and my wife liked her lobster roll. The rest of the family loved the 60/40 burger and the grilled PBJ. The queso dip had too much tomatoes and other chunks. But the pretzel that came with it was amazing. I recommend the Huckleberry hard cider and my wife enjoyed mixing it with the Goat stout. The wait staff was good, we had several attending our large group.
