I mean don't get me wrong, the girl working was doing an amazing job, but she was the only one there and there were easily 10 customers that would form a line and she would have to help all of them! Staff more people, give the girl that was working a raise For the sake of reference I came in on March 15th 2019, between 6:43 pm and 7:24 pm. The employee working this day did an amazing job and was very calm and polite even while being by herself.”

“We walked in on a Friday night and were greeted right away. Ordered for takeout, got a mix of regular to specialty rolls. Received our food within 15 minutes of ordering (there was only 1 other party there). Prices were fair, and the service was quick and friendly. They offered us water even though we were waiting at the front. Food was very good! 2 rolls were labeled spicy that were only very slightly spicy, only downside.”

“I love this Dunkin Donuts. I enjoy coming in here not only for the great prices and amazing coffee, but for the service. The workers always make me feel special and ask about my day. Despite being extremely busy, they are friendly, kind, and efficient. They manage to keep the line moving while still providing individualized, great service. In particular, Rizwana has improved my experience here for the past three years. Whenever I come in, she goes out of her way to make my coffee perfectly even though it is sort of a high maintenance order, and she always smiles. This is my favorite coffee place!”
