I’m not sure what was going on but my order just wasn’t coming out right (I got 3 different drinks), but I know they’re all learning since they literally just opened but the real reason I’m giving this whole store a five star review is because of their employee Mike. He was SUPER friendly, helpful and reassuring. While they were trying to get our order out Mike was talking to us the whole time, he’s pretty funny haha. In the end, Mike had us laughing as we were driving away and satisfied with our drinks. Thanks Mike for making an experience that could have gone bad be great!”

“The Las Paisas food truck is parked where the Taco Motorizado truck used to be. Perfect tacos and I also enjoyed their quesadillas, burritos, and nachos. They've never made a mistake on any of my orders including a corporate lunch meeting order with ten entrees. It's really great for stocking up on several meals to have in the fridge at home or work, makes it so easy to choose good food over fast food. The grab and go items you can get at the store are amazing, a lot of variety to choose from. Some of my personal faves: blueberry lemon cheesecake overnight oats, spinach artichoke chicken casserole, raspberry protein bar and the yogurt/granola parfaits are to die for. Ingredients and nutrition labels are on every item. The staff is always super cheerful and welcoming, too! I can't say enough good things, definitely would recommend as a weekly food option.”
