“The Las Paisas food truck is parked where the Taco Motorizado truck used to be. Perfect tacos and I also enjoyed their quesadillas, burritos, and nachos. They've never made a mistake on any of my orders including a corporate lunch meeting order with ten entrees. Very reasonably priced for the quality of food that you get, I visit this place several times a week and I'll continue to do so.”

“Highly recommend! Their food is absolutely delicious, and so many healthy options. It's really great for stocking up on several meals to have in the fridge at home or work, makes it so easy to choose good food over fast food. The grab and go items you can get at the store are amazing, a lot of variety to choose from. Some of my personal faves: blueberry lemon cheesecake overnight oats, spinach artichoke chicken casserole, raspberry protein bar and the yogurt/granola parfaits are to die for. Ingredients and nutrition labels are on every item. The staff is always super cheerful and welcoming, too! I can't say enough good things, definitely would recommend as a weekly food option.”

“I had the Inferno Chicken pasta, and ordered vegetarian husband a Veggie Pesto pasta and House salad, we agreed-SO DELICIOUS! The Inferno Chicken pasta is so damn good! Perfect balance of spice, smoky, sun dried tomatoes and chicken in a creamy spicy sauce. 5 stars. The Garlic bread (it comes with) 🥹 10/10. The food was so fresh, hot, delicious, seasoned beautifully, packaged nicely-imma eat here again. Staff was very nice, brought my food out to me at my car with my kids, drinks were ice cold and perfect!”

“You will not be disappointed in trying this establishment! My husband and I live nearby and had been waiting for them to open, as we were curious and excited about a new restaurant in the area. Fyrefly is awesome. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and one of the co-owners talked us through the menu. My husband tried the grill plate (original pork) and I tried one of the subs (sweet teriyaki chicken). They aren't lying when they say their focus in on the meat- it is perfection. We went back the next week and had the same kind of experience, it is so worth it! We honestly can't wait to go again. The Thai tea with the crystal boba is a must have! The menu is humble and very affordable, the customer service is amazing. The food is great, fresh and just so good! The restaurant itself is extremely clean and well kept, and is nice and cold when it's been so hot out. I truly hope Fyrefly is here for a long time, it's a new favorite.”
